I've just returned having spent a week over xmas at the Celtic Inn. All the staff are great and friendly and the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need at this price. The rooms were cleaned every day and the full English breakfast sets you up for the day.Its close to the waterfront and the centre of town. I'll... More

I came upon it by accident and was intrigued by all the Celtic memorabilia on the walls. I stopped for a Tiger beer and straight away liked the place and the friendliness of the staff. I made it a regular lunchtime and early evening haunt. I had already booked accommodation elsewhere but on my next visit I will most certainly... More

The major memory I have of this place is that I had walked into a group of friends. The staff and the guests are having a good time here, while still maintaining the place well. It's a fun and relaxed place. If you look for a good room and helpful staff that treats you as their friend, then this is... More

Spent a happy few days with helpful staff and excellent food, best full breakfast I've had anywhere, relatively quiet location but not far from the night bar action. Hired a bike and saw some of the sites within easy reach, altogether a relaxing stay.

Everything about the place was pretty average- nothing really stood out as being great, and there wasn't really too much to complain about. The room we stayed in was quite cramped, the tv was old and the remote didn't have batteries. The bathroom had a bad odor. The balcony was all dusty and dirty. As a backpacker, none of those... I booked at Celtic Inn for one week, and decided to extend for two more. The rooms are excellent - large, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, air conditioning - and everything works as it should. The best part of staying at the Celtic Inn is the feling of being welcomed into the family. The staff are warm and friendly people who... More

Looking at the reviews for here I think people may have gotten mixed up with another Celtic guesthouse in huahin..... the guesthouse is in a perfect location that's probably the only good thing I can say... the rooms are quite spacious and the bed is very comfortable although getting a good night sleep is near impossible with the noise that... My partner and I stayed at the Celtic for a week while in Hua Hin. Overall, everything was pretty good: the room was fresh and cleaned every day, the bedsheets were crisp, and the staff was always smiling and helpful. As other reviewers have pointed out, though, the Celtic might not be the best value for money around. We visited... More
