Spent the second vacation with a group of golfers here in The Residence. Price versus value is still good. There have been some minor improvements compared to last year. Main weak point is communication with staff! Especially in the restaurant it is very difficult to get what you want! Also it is not too easy in the reception! Staff is... More

In pictures it was looking a nice place, but in real it look abandoned . Leaves on the floor and in the jaccuzi- too small to be a swimming pool- spiders on the bathroom's windows, bathrobes and towels torn, air con and toilets out off order, no phone in the villa to complain, staff incompetent and not friendly, and the... We stayed in a Two Bed Villa in King Size Beds which were two singles pushed together which actually makes them a Super King ... pity the Bed Linen wasn't sufficient to cover the two single beds. Daily Cleaning Service was pretty much a tidy/ change towels and wash the dishes rather than a proper clean. Location was very quiet... More

The Residence was built by a golf tour organising specifically for golfers and most of the villas have been sold to golf fanatics. The golf tour company now managers the property. Apparently it is very close to a golf course and Hua Hin itself has many golf courses. We are not golfers but in heading to Hua Hin booked late... More

This was our second stay at the Villa and Residence. The friendly staff and an outdoor ambience clearly beat all the huge hotels and resorts. The two bed villa with almost a private swimming pool (guests being few), Jacuzzi in your courtyard and all other amenities required to make one's stay comfortable, makes this is a great value for money... We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at The Residence and could have stayed on longer. A stay here will not be without hitches, but the advantages far outweigh these. The villas are large, each with a garden and small plunge pool. Staff are responsive in dealing with any issues as they arise, but some checking before you move in and... More

This is the cheapest pool villa in the area. Like others have mentioned, the smallest villa has 2 bedroom with one living area and kitchen. The resort was quiet even during the New Year. The main pool is nice but not enough towels and beds. The private pool is lovely but it needs daily cleaning. The staffs are friendly. Overall,... More

A great palce to chill with your lover.the resort is far from the beach in middle of a farm. Things i liked - 1. Away from the main city but connect to the main market through a shuttle service. 2.The Villas are huge and we were in a 2 bedroom villa - the ac in 1 bedroom dint seem to... More

My friends were looking for a high quality massage somewhere between the top priced hotel spas and the cheapies on the beach and on crowded streets. We booked this spa online. The Residence sent a shuttle van to pick us up. I had a traditional Thai massage, no oils and boy did this girl know her stuff! Not for wimps!... More

Not the typical hotels that are aplenty lining parallel to the shoreline of Cha-Am and Hua Hin, but more like a twenty over units of two and three bedroom villas cuddled up in the middle of scorched farmlands within the vicinity of a few also scorched hills. Getting there requires some intuitive navigation skills and some phone calls to the... More
