This place is very average indeed. The rooms, although spacious and clean, are basic and sparsely decorated as is the rest of the hotel. Not much luxury here. The staff, for the most part, cannot even be bothered to look at you. Not much friendliness there. The breakfast is average, although the presence of an egg-chef is a welcome treat.... More

I have been to Hua Hin few times over the last 20 years and the area of Talkia is definitively the most pleasant of hua Hin. Far south of the Cha Am big, tall and out of context buildings close to a protected area and in between two Wats and one temple. The hotel itself is located in front of... More

This hotel sometimes gets underrated... Not sure why. We stayed in different rooms each time when we had a break from BKK. Each time we had good value, clean and comfy rooms, spacious, with great views over the temple and Chopstick hill or with the view of the pool area. Breakfast is nice although for people who are not used... More

Good impressions: - The room is very clean; - The bath size in the deluxe room is large enough; - The room can be made up at any time as asked, good room service; - The staff is very friendly; - It was quiet, no children screaming, no disturbing noises; - The bicycles in the lobby can be used 24... Staff were lovely except for sour faced manageress/owner Wonderful aircon. BUT. NO FREE INTERNET IN ROOMS ONLY IN MOSQUITO INFESTED RECEPTION HALL They charge 100 baht for... More

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in January 2014. It is situated in Khao Takiab which is away from the town centre, but it is within walking distance of the beach and there is a good local taxi/bus to the town centre. We chose deluxe rooms which were spacious and nicely decorated in a contemporary style with their... More

I took my partner for his 40th. I had briefly made the hotel aware of what the occasion was. It was a total surprise to my boyfriend. The instructions for the airport transfer were perfect. They sent a great driver. When we arrived at the hotel, the man in reception was friendly, got our luggage sent to our room. We... More

Nice clean hotel with clean room. Breakfast ok but not so much to choose from. They overcharge to use the internet. Across the street is a small "traveling agency". They took us for a whole day to see Pala U waterfalls at a cost of 1800 bahts for 2 people, the same price to se Sam Roi Yod National Park... More

Had a special deal at this hotel 4 people in 2 rooms evening meal and all mini bar drinks included plus spa. Room - big room 408 was okay although a little bare, the bath was too big and would have taken at least 1 hour to fill it up to a reasonable level. Evening meal was okay, but a... More

One night stay as stopover from our drive from Samui. Simple but nice & comfortable room. Rooms were clean and nicer than expected looking at what you pay (we payed 1800 Bath/night incl. BF). Good value for money! Good size pool with separate area for the kids. Only small complaint: No umbrella's so very hot during midday! Breakfast simple but... More
