We booked to stay in this hotel for 4 nights back in August 2010. We arrived at the hotel at 8pm after a flight from Phuket and a 3 hour taxi ride from Bangkok Airport. The first words we were greeted with were "you can only stay here for 3 nights as we have overbooked your room on the last... More

The staff here is absolutely fantastic. They let our 2yo son "drive" the golf cart to our room upon arrival, and even the security guard humored him on a couple of occasions, even blowing his whistle when he was on his toy car in the parking lot, as if he were parking a real car. The rooms are very nice... More

We stayed at Baan Laksasubha for 3 weeks and enjoed every minute (family of six from 9 months to 67 years old). Location is ideal, very close to the centre but far enough away to be quiet, 5 minutes easy walk to the centre. All the staff were excellent, reception, breakfast, dining, pool, room maids and beach service could not... More

After a long, arduous journey we arrived late at the hotel to fine that I had inadvertently booked a first floor room, but upon seeing my walking stick, the reception staff politely suggested that my stay would be a more pleasurable one if we occupied a ground floor room. I found this very hospitable. The following check in was smooth... More

We stayed at Baan Laksasubha for 5 nights from 13th November 2011. Having read reviews on here that mentioned the renovations we initially booked for just one night. Since the hotel was in our preferred location, being a five minute walk from the central part of town. After a very good night’s sleep in a really comfortable bed, we had... More

We are staying here for the next ten days and so far have really enjoyed the small quiet hotel. The staff are very helpful and yes there are renovations going on but we were advised before we booked. The work is progressing very quickly and we have seen a big difference in the 3 days we have been here. The... More

Baan Laksasubha consists of a group of white beach bungalows on cosy & lush surroundings. Hotel ground is very green & shady. The room we had was a garden veranda (room 207) which opens to the West and gets too much sun almost all day. Other than that, it was nice and comfortable enough and Wifi works fine which is... More

Thank you for your feedback, it is much appreciated. We are glad you had a nice stay despite our renovations that were in progress. We have rooms that get the morning sun to the east, and if you decided to stay with us next time, we can make sure you get a room that faces the east so the afternoon... More

I would advise anyone planning to stay here to hold off. The hotel is undergoing renovation at the seafront area, a fact that I was not informed about when booking or checking in. I have stayed here several times before and enjoyed the understated elegance of the place. Yes, it had faults - the pool area was not manned so... More

We stayed there for a family holiday for a few days and we had a great time! The rooms, and facilities are very nice and service staff is very accomodating. Very cosy & private, yet very close to the city life. A very nice place indeed! More
