It's a simple boutique hotel and not worth the value. Breakfast was so-so. They don't provide all toiletries and wifi was very slow. You can order the toiletries but as usual expensive. I think there are better hotels in Hat yai.

Fast check in/out, friendly and helpful staff, new, clean and comfortable room with comfortable bed and a bathtub and free wifi. Breakfast is ok while nearby attractions are 2 night markets, Diana shopping centre and Central Festival shopping mall. Quiet and peaceful location.

Located near Diana Shopping Centre and Central Festival Shopping Mall, this hotel offers quiet and comfortable rooms for tourists and business people alike and has good parking facilities. Plus point is the good breakfast fare and comfortable beds. Bathroom is adequately sized with power showers and checkin and out was efficient and hassle free. For the price paid, you get... More

This is the best I ever stayed in Hat Yai. It is notorious that there are no good hotels in Hat Yai, but this hotel had proven the notion wrong. No more rude and incompetent receptionist, no more dirty linen and hard beds. No more creepy creaking furniture, and no more cold trickling shower. Also, no more loud busloads of... More

Visited Hat Yai for a friend's wedding and we stayed at this hotel. It was quite a charming little hotel. ROOM: The rooms were clean and nicely furnished, with interesting pop up butterfly motifs throughout the level. Amenities fell short of a toothbrush and clothes-ironing facilities. So remember to bring your own toothbrush if you're staying at this hotel. BALLROOM:... More

This hotel is really spotless but lacks in personal service from the staff. It's not a Boutique hotel, it's more a very good 3 star hotel. It's new and in good condition. The swimming pool is a great treat, especially after breakfast. Towels are provided. Breakfast was good enough for us. Decent coffee, Cappuccino & Latte's available. Fried eggs, bacon,... More

I like how as you go up to your room, every floor and every room faces the central indoor garden, like a balcony! Very nice ambience! Rooms: I really, really, love the rooms!! Really clean and comfortable. Shower was great too! Clean tub's a plus! I especially like the small 500ml metal kettle - the plastic ones always have those... More

This is the most modern hotel in Hatyai at the moment. Not seen many foreign tourists like other hotels yet. The lobby is nice, enjoy your welcome drink while checking in. The room is great, comfy bed, TV cable, free water and I am very satisfy with cleanliness. The washroom has the shower and bathtub. For the free breakfast, I... More

Accommodation - Reasonable priced and comfortable double bed room. - Clean washroom and good shower. - Comfy bed. - Given the highest floor but no significant view. We stayed for just one night in a nice, comfortable double room. It is definitely not a boutique hotel. It is an ordinary newly built one. It is situated quite far away from the city center with its night markets. The receptionstaff was very rough with a "knowing better attitude" but speaks very poor english. We ordered a taxi for...
