The hotel lives up to its name by having a central location. You go out and the shopping and food awaits you.you can have a lovely breakfast to start off the day in their restaurant. Drinks in their executive lounge are reasonably priced and they have a band playing in the evening.Rooms are clean and room service is fast and... More

Had to ask another front desk lady which eventually gave us the receipt. Secondly, ive stayed in... More

I stayed in Centara Hotel on 8.11.14 for two (2) nights. I find it's very convenient and it's location is very strategic, is definitely "centre" of the town. During my stay in Hatyai, weather wasn't too good & raining from time to time. This is where I find this hotel is good that, we were still able to shop freely.... More

The room is very big with 2 double beds and worth it and really cheap with the price that we paid. The bathroom is very clean. The qiblat direction also have in the room. They should upgrade the furnitures in the room since it's quite old. Very strategic location and the hotel is at the centre of the Hatyai town.... More

Rooms were okay just need a bit of touch up. Location of hotel was perfect as it was centrally located within walking distance to lee gardens plaza. Overall worth... More

I had to crash here 1 night with my family as there were some unexpected delayed in our holiday back in mid nov 2013. The hotel location isn't bad and the staff were good enough. The rooms has outdated designs and the in room furniture are old. But it was cheap.

Another typical South of Thailand Hotel that requires to be refurbished. It was clean and the rooms were comfortable although the bathroom left a lot to be desired. The Hotel is near the centre of Hat Yai and close to all the major shopping, pubs and night life therefore modernisation would make it an ideal place to stay. The staff... More

The room is worn out and badly maintained, the toilet is in a terrible shape and not working well, bowel doesn't flash properly, tap's licking. Shower also licking and water's pressure is low. Lots of sand flies in the toilet at night, lots of tiny ants and handful of cockroaches running around the room at night. Complaint to the front office... More
