Not bad , the hotel seems really quite. But security and staff on for 24 hours. If you need anything, you may just go the the receptionist. The room is average. and the bathroom is a lil dark.. But it's still a great place to have a night

We stayed at Diamond Plaza Hotel during 2015 Songkhla Bike Week. When we entered the hotel the lobby looks nice and cosy but when we reached the elevator, there is one strong awful smells until we reached our room. I have to cover my nose everytime at the elevator area. Smells like a sewage or leaking gas!

Family friendly hotel for those with young kids. Very near to the markets, day and night. Near Lee garden. Room is clean and comfortable. The key card looks very old school with holes in it. It's affordable as well. Worth looking into with a budget constrain.

Although is a old hotel. But the overall is above average. the room is clean, the mattress are comfortable. Is located at heart of the city. One of the affordably priced hotel with its great location in the city centre. It is walking distance to the adjacent market, side walk food stalls, clothes stalls, nearby hotels and Central shopping mall and Lee Gardens Plaza mall. Pretty quiet during non holiday week days. Able to get checked in as early as 0830am (but may not be possible... More

The Diamond Plaza in Hat Yai has seen better days: the rooms, though clean and spacious, need refurbishing, and the coffee shop/restaurant looks run down. The food, however, was good (not much choice at breakfast time, but what was available was more than acceptable). The airconditioner in the room works too well. It was impossible to control the temperature, and... More

I stayed in the Diamond Plaza for four nights during a recent business trip to Hat Yai. It was pretty much what I expected. The room was clean but a little run down, the bed was comfortable (sometimes an issue in Thailand where beds can be rock hard) and the air conditioning worked extremely well, so well in fact that...
