The room looks old especially the bathroom. They need to renov them. The wifi sucks. Have to go to near door so wifi can works. The good thing in the room is the bed is clean and comfortable enough. The breakfast is boring. Location is good. A lot of shopping here. The neighbour hotel is lot better

We were wanting to stay two nights here but after just one night we decided to move to another hotel. out this hotel was its location in the centre of the town near to the shops and restaurants. Our room was very dated and tired looking with no tea and coffee making facilities or fridge. The walls were marked with... More

Every time I head over to Hat Yai, Lee Garden Plaza is my first choice and possibly the only choice. very strategically located at the heart of the town. Next to it is the shopping complex. Opposite are Central Shopping complex for more expensive and branded items. At night especially weekend, the whole stretch are full of peoples and it... More

The service is terrible. I arrived in the hotel at 10 am and I had to wait until 1 pm to check in, and the staffs don't even know that our room hasn't been cleaned up. So I have to wait again for soooo long. When I get into the room the tv is not working, and the building is... More

The hotel may be a little old but by Hatyai standards its still good. Big room with enough space for extra bed. Breakfast is ok and the restaurant is huge. Location wise its really great with everything within walking distance unless you want to get to the attractions outside the city. Taxis and tuk tuks are readily available outside the... More

It is a very tall hotel, infact I heard the tallest. looks good on the outside only ;( . reached the lobby, there was a foul stench.. the Recept counter was really old.. OMG! Once I opened my room, I tell you the... More

A good place to stay. At the heart of hatyai. Stalls right outside of the hotel. Very convenient v all the tuk tuk around. Evening people start to shop around the stalls and bargaining. Convenient to buy anything as it is inside the shopping mall.

The hotel has seen its glory days. There are many newer hotels competing with this old lady; even around the same area. The rooms are acceptable but needs better cleaning; especially the bathroom. The hotel offers buffet lunch/dinner at economical prices on 31st floor. It is packed with locals and visitors (most from Penang, North Malaysia). The quality is at... More
