Simple room, clean, in a quiet environment, garden is a plus and internet speed is nice. Centrally located with easy walking acces to central bus station, night market, turist agency and bike/motorbike, nightlife most popular bars. Good value for the price, staff

I liked how it's located near the night bazaar and main street of the city, and i had a comfortable stay here. Room is clean, bed comfortable. There is a mosquito net at the door although i had to kill a couple of mozzies that managed to come in when i got my room. The lighting was quite dim though,... More

What a dreary place to stay we booked because of the good feed back it was given, I had to keep asking myself are we in the same G.H that other people had reviewed,The mattresses were soiled we had a extra single bed in the room I can honestly say I would be hard pushed to let the cat or... More

We booked a double room with fan for one night. The guesthouse (motel style building) is perfectly located, in a small lane so it is very quiet. The common area is a garden where you will find tables to enjoy your breakfast and free WIFI. The furniture were a bit outdated and yes, the mattress and the sheets are not... More

The rooms are decent. You get what you pay for (hard mattress, scratchy blanket and cheap sheets)The wifi isn't available in rooms it's only available in the garden, unless you stay in a room closer to the office. We also had a funky poop smell cross our paths a couple times while there and couldn't find the source. On the... More

Only spent one night here and it was ok, the place itself is fine, standard size room, private bathroom (although down the corridor) nice balcony and friendly staff, OK ish wifi, the problem is paper thin walls and very very noisy guests, despite signs everywhere telling people to be quiet later at night and be respectful, we had children running... We have stayed in baan bua guesthouse two times before two years ago and liked it very much, so no doubt to return here for our stay in chiang rai. This time we had a small double room in the little block next to the reception. The room was small but only 350 thb a night. The staff is still... More

Amazing place in Chiang Rai with amazing owner! The garden is well maintained, rooms are clean and simple, it's really well located and quiet. The owner speak really good English. Breakfast is delicious (with loads of crispy bacon, and fresh fruits). The person in charge of the restaurant is lovely! And big up to Tim the owner who helped us... More

For price, it was clean and staff was outrageously friendly and helpful. I checked in late, booked two tours, and arranged airport transport with them without hassle or confusion. They have a restaurant on site, great yogurt and muesli with fruit! Cheap too! My only disclaimer, all rooms enter from outdoors and on ground level. I'm a super scardy cat... More
