The hotel is great, big pool, great food and really friendly staff. They helped us with anything and one night the waiter even rang the bartender up as he wasn't working that night so he could make me my favourite cocktail. The rooms are very clean and spacious and wifi is pretty much available through out. The location is good... More

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The rooms are located in blocks of 4 in the gardens, a short walk from reception and the dining room. The room was very spacious and clean with a solid teak floor and large bathroom. The swimming pool was close by and also very pleasant. Insects could be a problem if you are... More

this hotel is pleasant as it is a 2-storey bungalow resort concept. located within <10mins drive from the airport. it does not offer free airport transfers, and is far away from the town center. encounter problems with getting taxis, even calling from the reception. the first encounter we waiting for about an hour on our first day after checkin. it... We made the reservation for 3 nights via the website. The location is excellent, very close to the Airport. Just 5 minutes car ride. The atmosphere was cozy and secluded with many grown trees and made us feel like home. Our room was very big, clean and providing with all amenities. The service was also great. The staff were attentive... More

A very peaceful oasis amongst busy touring around Chang Rai. Very comfortable room with supersize bathroom and very clean. We spent 2 days here and breakfast and dinner were good with ample choices to have westernised food or local dishes. Staff very attentive. We enjoyed our stay here as part of the Soot Sanuk 6day Thailand Tour.

It's a relaxation airport hotel. Free pick up from the airport & drop off. Its so relaxing here and we loved the rooms. The staff are amazing especially the guy who does all the driving around. We were surrounded by rice fields and couldn't hear any noise. It's also really easy to get into Chiang Rai, just walk down to... More

Gorgeous room. Enjoyed my first nights sleep. Breakfast was not amazing. The usual thai breakfast with tea/coffee toast and fruit as an alternative. There is a swimming pool that I would've used if it was cleaner. The hotel has wifi but only in the lobby which is annoying when you need to surf the net as the lobby is full... More

This hotel is very close to the airport, and they offer a free shuttle which we took advantage of. The hotel itself was very quiet when we we there, It appears to be used as a conference centre during the day. We had booked a twin room, but to our delight when we arrived we were given a spacious double... More

While this is not exactly a bad hotel, my wife and I were baffled by the high ranking – 6th of 96 hotels in Chiang Rai – this hotel has achieved. Inevitably, we are tempted to use the B&B in Chiang Mai at which we stayed for two nights just before coming here as a yardstick for judging this hotel,... More

One beautiful night in Chiang Rai at the "Teak Garden" : rooms are spacious, clean, well decorated (in a Thaï traditionnal style) and romantic...maybe bathrooms are too green !!! The swimming pool is big and cute. The gardens are so beautiful at night with light lighting everywhere in the park. Great bonsaïs collection in front of the lobby : you... More
