After reading alot of reviews I was a bit wary of our stay. Well yes it is dated but was clean. Beautiful grounds surround this resort so a stroll is in order. The pool area was clean and tidy but once again in need of a freshen up. Wifi service was excellent all over the resort and breakfast was good.... More

Large resort out of town has pool and all amenities. Rooms desprately need renovation they are old and bathrooms are very shabby. Or should i say well worn but not worn well. Broken tiles and mould. Great staff but not great hotel. Not on my favorites list wont stay there again.

If you were looking to invest in a hotel and turn it around, this would be the one. The position is great, on the river bank just north of the city and the grounds are large. But...the hotel itself is just run down. It looks about 10 years past it's best. The rooms are jaded, dirty almost. The hot water... More

We had to complain on four separate occasions regarding the lukewarm water in the bathroom. Two plumbers were dispatched following the fourth complaint. They ran the tap over the bath and nodded as if to say that it was all right ( it was barely lukewarm actually) and then they told me "This hotel does not have hot water -... More

Did the booking rather late and when bare in mind that it was New Year 2013/2014, you get what's left over! The hotel is situated little outside the city center so you have to rely on the hotels transfer to take you, 100 baht/person two ways. On the other hand.....all things to see is mostly situated outside city center so... More

Considering the reasonable rate that they are charging, I say we did get a good value with our stay at the resort. Its an old resort next to the Kok river (I was told that Rim means next/near) with huge land area. Too bad that some have to walk quite a distance to your room, so ask for room near... More

For a hotel that labels itself "luxury", it falls short. Room is a reasonable size and the beds are firm but comfortable. However, there is only one bar of soap in the bathroom, not one for the bath and one for the sink as is usual in most hotels. The towels are threadbare and frayed. The internet service in the... Location - a little out of town but as we had a lot on we were happy to stay at the resort after our daily trips. Our room was good, clean & had a balcony so this was nice. The gardens were lovely to walk through. The pool was very nice and quite big (although it was closed one of... More

The hotel is looking tired and in desperate need of renovation. The hotel is set in very nice grounds which you can walk around. The breakfast is very good. The swimming pool is excellent. The hotel lay on a mini bus in to town in the evening so you can go to the night bazaar and pick up back up... More

This is a terrible hotel range from the location to rooms, everything! First, the room. My room located at the block 8 of the resort which is freaking far. In order to get to my room, I need to walk at least 10 minutes from the lobby. When I reach the room, it stink. It smell like the room never... More
