Stayed here for 3nights. Room is clean, housekeeping done and complimentary water refilled daily. This hotel is about 10-15mins' walk from the Night Bazaar. Not too far. Reasonably good breakfast with toast, fried eggs, sausage, fried rice/noodles, porridge, coffee/tea/juice. However my door on room 301 is hard to open. Apparently needs some fixing/alignment adjustment. Another downside is that the Wifi is... More

Our spacious room with ensuite bathroom was cleaned daily including fresh towels. The I-Hotel was known to tour operators and taxometers, so everyone found us easily. Being in walking distance to most attractions and the night market was very convenient. Breakfast could be improved, but given there are dozens of shops and bakeries just around the corner, this wasn't an... More

We booked two nights at I-House and were very impressed. You cannot go past the value and location of this hotel. I was surprised by how nice it was considering for less than $30 a night you get room and breakfast. We had accommodation on the ground floor which was good also. Hot water worked very well but make sure... More

We chose this hotel because of its reasonable price and central location, and these are the only things I can recommend about this hotel. The smell of damp was overwhelming as soon as I opened the door to my room. The room had no window that could be opened, so there was no way of ventilating the room other than... More

The location for this hotel is ideal for all kind travelers, it is close to major attractions in Chiang Rai town, by walking too. The rooms are large and the room cleanliness are fine too.Expect the value equal to what you paid. It's abit dark during night time.

It's the little things. Since my last visit I notice nothing gets fixed. The towel rail is hanging off the wall. The hose fitting beside the toilet leaks constantly so the bathroom floor has a large puddle. The light switch for the bathroom sometimes works, sometimes doesn't . And sometimes when it does it makes disturbing buzzing and popping noises.... More

This hotel is right beside a student hostel I believe as I saw many students sharing the same entrance with the hotel. The hotel is about three storey high with a car park big enough to accommodate about 8 vehicles. The hotel is just off the main road with numerous eateries a 5 min walk away. Two 24hrs 7-11 stores... This was a very relaxing place to stay. I stayed in a ground floor room so it stayed really cool even on 40 degree days, and the airconditioner was very effective while I was in the room and at night for sleeping. The location is very quiet, but it is a two block walk to the clocktower and another block... More

Great value. The bed was the most comfortable in Thailand! The sheets were high quality, the mattress was perfect, the pillows were great! It feels like an apt. Wifi in the room, big TV with very few channels, fridge, and hot water. The breakfast was decent- very good Kao Tom. The fried eggs with toast was standard, instant coffee, but... More

Great guest house! Good value for money. Clean, tidy, nice spacious rooms. Lovely little cafe with fish pond. Good location in Chiang Rai, Quiet and safe area a short walk to the clock tower and night market. Bottled water was free. Towels and sheets very clean. Only thing is - breakfast wasn't fantastic but it was nice to have breakfast... More
