Liked: The hostel was very close (about 5 min walk) from the bus station and the night markets, and the staff were generally helpful in pointing out the bus to take to the white temple. Disliked: Although the rest of the room was quite clean, the bathroom had a really bad smell to it.

good location. near the night bazaar, you can hear the voice from your balcon, and bus terminal. comfy but need little renovation. it's kind of 90's motel with gloomy atmosphere. the staff are friendly too.

Really close to the bus station and the night bazaar . The dorm room was big enough for 6 beds. Clean toilet every day. Toilet paper even to dry the hands and soap. The room with the fan was too hot but when you pay a bit more probably you can get A/con

After traveling through asia for a month i was used to sleeping in uncomfortable beds and cheap rooms with the basics, however all of these rooms whilst maybe not good quality were atleast clean with fresh sheets. When we arrived it seemed not too bad however once i walked out onto my balcony their were atleast 6 ciggerete butts which... More

This guest house is located next to the night market and bus station. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and helped me carry my bag upstairs. The internet here is very fast providing me with 10 Mb in my room. The room and linens are clean. The superior room for 750 Baht are nice. I have... More

Very basic. But clean. We were on the 4th floor, and we had to climb the stairs. Luckily we just had a shoulder bag each. Located a few minutes walk from the bus station and night market. Convenient if you are taking the bus in or out. And ideal if you are going to visit the night market as it... More

This place has an excellent location, right beside the night market. It was perfectly adequate for a short stay. However it didn't seem over-clean. Staff were generally helpful and tried hard. We were there over New Year and it was very busy and there weren't many options available. If I were in Chiang Rai again I would probably look at... More

2 nights here in an double deluxe room. Room was fairly average. It was clean but the bedsheets didnt feel fresh. Any dealings with the staff was quite difficult, very little english. Receptionist was also suggesting a tour and quoted at price double what we actually paid at a tour agency 10 minutes away. Location near the market and bus... More

180 baht for a bed in a six bed dorm is overpeiced as it is. Whats more is that the bottom floor has two dorms and since the bathrooms and toilets on the lower floor were broken we had to go upstairs where there was two bathrooms with toilets inside. It was a great inconvenience and they refused to give... More

I stayed in a single room with a shared bathroom. When I checked in after 2p.m. and wanted to freshen up after a long journey, I walked into a bathroom which has not been cleaned. The smell that came from the toilets was terrible. The rooms were big and basic, with hardwood floors, and seemed clean. But when I got... More
