This is sprawling compound with units divided into rooms built around a huge and busy parking lot. It is located at the southern end of the city, at the northern end of the former airport, where you can join energetic locals and use the former runway as a jogging track. You will definitely need wheels. It's a long, dark walk... More

The hotel is reasonably priced and the restaurant serves good Thai food however these are the only 2 good things about this hotel. The staff are unfriendly and make you feel like you are massively inconveniencing them with any request or question you have. The wifi is temperamental. It was down for the whole day on christmas day. Despite many... More

For the price, I have not stayed in a nicer hotel. The room was very large, clean and had a great shower, but was a little run down. Wifi was only so so. Breakfast was included and was mostly Thai food. The staff was a very helpful. The hotel is a ways from downtown and a little remote. If you... More

I ran into this late one night recently. As with most all establishments I've run across in Chiang Rai western clients pretty much have to fend for themselves. No one speaks English but given I'm in a foreign country I enjoy the repartee'. Other reviews tout the amenities. I can vouch for clean beds, hot water and peace. This is... More

This motel is ideally located very close to the city center of Chiang Rai. Unfortunately, the poor quality of service provided by few employees really stains the general image one could get. It could be a great place if it was properly taken care of and if employees would be properly selected and trained. Only one or two employees can... More

If you choose the cheapest rooms you get the newest rooms. The gym is great and the sauna and steamroom is very good and are available from 8 morning to 12 night. A taxi is needed to go into town but its not far. Nearby the hotel is a cozy Thai bar with live music

We stayed here overnight before a flight next day. It is situated by Chiangrai old airport and although it takes maybe 15 mins to walk into town, it's in a very quiet area. The Inn is a collection of buildings, some of which are long term rentals. The room we had -VIP room - was a good size and clean.... More

As noted in previous reviews there is limited English spoken by front desk staff, however, this is Thailand and it is not an international chain hotel so that is clearly expected. Despite the language difficulties they were very helpful in pointing out the main sites and helping me to rent a motorbike for the duration of my stay. Upon check-in... More

Came here with a group tour and from the outside it looked nice but in the rooms there was mold in the showers and a few in hour group were having breathing problems because of it, so we found another hotel in town and switched. Then my friend found a spider in her bed, and the breakfast food was all... More
