the service was great room facilaties were good and the cleanliness was spot on location suited us it was very peaceful what we liked best was the personel attention staff gave what we didnt like was people allowed to book beds round the pool at an unearthly hour more

there is a huge amount of confusion over this hotel. Basically the Holiday inn at Cha Am has standard rooms and a Regency wing and chalets. What a fantastic holiday.The chalets are set in beautiful surroundings and very comfortable. The pool is lovely and has plenty of beds in sun and shade. Nice hotel, very good for value (If you get it via the internet, the guests getting it via their travel agency paid twice my price) Large good pool. The internet prices were ridiculous high, use the cafes in town. Generally all things you buy extra are expensive, the kids club were seemingly free, but they always find something to do... more

Our chalet was delightful - well furnished with firm king sized bed (they offered a softer mattress if we wanted it), air con, fridge, ample storage space with more hangers than we've ever seen at other hotels and an immaculately clean and efficient shower room.
