We went to relax and we had a bad surprise concerning the amenites... I mean... The "no amenities". If you want go to the pool, you need to pay 200 bath /pers and for fitness center 200 bath/ pers and you should walk 10mns to reach the other hotel Who belongs to the same group to have the amenities. So... More

New Hotel. The rooms are well sized and very modern. Beautiful setting Breakfast was great as well could do with a gym and pool but they do have a sister hotel a thew blocks down so was real easy to walk too great staff laundry service 10-10 parking is very tight so best to call and reserve a spot and... Lovely little motel, across the road from the beach, rooms were lovely and clean, staff were friendly but very little English...close to shops and food. we walked everywhere. I think our room had just been finished, was missing a phone for room service, the hand held shower head was just that, hand held, no hook for it. Some of the... More

Firstly ,let me say ,I think I got a discount due to building work going on between 9am and 6 pm. As I intended being out during these hours ,I didn't mind. Work should be finished in the next few weeks. The room ,although not big,was nicely furnished, and very clean, also nice bathroom, although the sink in my room was low for... More

Nice and cozy hotel, totally worth the price! location was great. Tip: hire a bike for better mobility. Delicious breakfast cooked right in front of you. Wifi could be better, was available only at the balcony.

As previously stated, this is not really a resort, just rooms which are quite big, modern and very clean and have either a balcony or small terrace. It is ideally situated right opposite the beach on the southern end and is close to lots of different restaurants and shops. Asiarooms describe the rooms as overlooking a pond and lagoon but... Overall, when its finished, this will be a fairly nice place, literally just over the road from the beach. Most restaurants seem to be further north , walkable within 10 minutes. Couple of very annoying things though. They are currently building another level, and due to the proximity of the buildings, the noise is horrendous.9 am till 4 pm ,... More

Good location with the beach just across the road. Clean rooms with linnen changed every day. Can be a bit noisey from the music from the beach when ther is a festival on. Pleasant staff with a standard breakfast freshly cooked. would stay again

This is essentially 2 rows of buildings housing some quite pleasant and spacious rooms in a pretty convenient beach front part of Cha-am. It is certainly not a resort as there are no facilities other than rooms. Breakfast is just in a small outside area between buildings and is to order. Compared to other places in Cha-am, given the quality... More

Good location - right by the beach (although, as with almost the entire beach, it's filled with pay-to-sit umbrellas). Clean room, with some small ants. Staff have limited English but still manage to be friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was ok if you like processed meat, but if you have kids and want more than the 2 that come... More
