We were in this resort for our honeymoon. We chose this place as it is away from the hustle and bustle of bangkok life. It was indeed a right choice and we had a lot of quiet couple time. There is a fishmarket located 1-2km away and we strolled there and we saw some awesome sunsets. There's also a huge... More

Tamarina is a minimal kind of resort, with no restaurant and other amenities. You cannot even swim at the beach in front (rocky). The swimming pool is decorative but good for kids. It's best suit for folks who need private time to read, meditate, etc. I found the room clean and sufficient. The design and the lighting of the place... More

WOW. Stumbled across this small boutique resort via booking.com. We were looking to relax before heading back to Australia and got just that here. Reasonable price and very clean. Small room but balcony out front right by the pool made up for that. If you want to relax in quiet surroundings then stay here for sure. Paul and Malai

This was a great little find for us. We had no plans to come this way but having driven from Khao Yai to Ban Pakong, we couldn't find a nice place to stay so continued driving.. Tamarina is a lovely little resort, tucked away from the main road with a beautiful view and atmosphere. We were greeted very warmly, even... More

We spent two nights here after a lot of travelling around and really enjoyed it! The bungalow was simple but clean and comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews - the lighting in the bungalow was rather dim but we were there to relax and so did not mind. The beach is not for swimming and looks pretty awful when the... More

This is a beautiful, Thai-style, Thai-managed resort....if you have stayed in this type of propoerty before then you will understand (unlike somebody in a previous review) It is clean, quite and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is simple, but good enough, and can be delivered to your room in the morning. The pool is beautiful and offers a view... More

Cannot recommend this hotel. Usually I wonder about the motive of negative review writers, now I find myself writing one! Yes the hotel is in a secluded location, quiet and faces the sea but it is run down, ill equipted and lacking in any facilities. The rooms are small, sparse and in need of decoration. The single dripping tap -... More

Really nice, especially when the sea breeze shows up. Super quiet and relaxing within an hour from Bangkok. Would deserve a better mattress and bedsheets and I'd go there once a month for a week end retreat. Wouldn't recommend this place if you do not have your own mode of transportation.

Nice little place in a fantastic location. Very quiet and secluded. The rooms were good and seemed to be arranged in a collection of half small cabins on the seafront and half appartment rooms next to the pool. I was fortunate (in my opinion) and got the farthest out cabin on the end. The rooms themselves were small but well... More

Nice resort with good sea view and sorrounded by Nature which makes this resort with maximum level of privacy. Almost all the rooms are looking at sea and having a good swimming pool also. Very well maintained garden and swimming pool. One can enjoy the stay but not the food as the hotel is not having a dedicated restaurant. Also... More
