This was our first lodge that we stayed in after arriving at Kilimanjaro.We were only here for one night,but what a start to the holiday.The food was very tasty,the service excellent and our room was alongside the water so we had a really good view when the animals came to drink.Would not hesitate in recommending this lodge .

This is a lovely, small, modest lodge that immediately makes you feel like you are home. The staff welcomes you as though you are old friends. And you can't beat the neighbors! We stayed here right off the plane for just one night before flying to the Serengeti. Our room was in the "new" wing and was clean and comfortable. The staff and food were very good and it's a perfect place to relax when you hit the ground in Tanzania; nothing fancy but an excellent value overall.
