Dont let the beautiful facade and rooms fool you. The service and food is the worst in town. Its a shame that the management allows for such unprofessionalism. The receptionist was unhelpful and the waitress verbally told us our bill (she barely checked for us during our meal) we asked her to come back with a written one. We were... More

We have stayed in this hotel for an overnight on our way from Kilimanjaro airport to the Serengeti plains. The room is basic, but comfortable. The WIFI connection will simply not work and the simple breakfast will not make your mouth water (but will fill your belly).

I stayed there with my family one night, worth for the money, rooms were clean, location perfect, towels and bed spread were very clean . Toilets were clean with good hot water...only the mirror was missing....over all i feel the hotel is value for money and decent place to stay..compared to other hotels with almost same amenities, charge so high... Dinner took well more than an hour to arrive - I had time for two trips down the dark street to a bar, where the bartender is behind thick bars, to get beers - and was sketchy when it arrived. The rooms weren't bad, but breakfast was.

If you are just looking for a a place to overnight before going elsewhere, this is fine. Wouldn't plan for an extended stay. Air didn't work great. Awful breakfast. Staff not very helpful. Iffy wifi at best. Room ok. Fairly clean. Indian flavor to breakfast. Instant coffee in a region known for awesome coffee. Fine as a brief overnight..but not... More

A friend of mine recommened this hotel for my stay in Arusha. The price was really good compared to other hotels. The rooms were really nice and clean, and the breakfast buffet was filled with great food! I would most definetly recommend this to my family and friends and I look forward to coming here again!

i would not recommend this hotel yes it is not expensive but you get what you pay for. The room was adequate but the front desk was not very helpful and the breakfast was terrible. Instant coffee- empty servers that were not replenished and employees that did not care. Definitely better options.

“ very very Clean, Comfortable, Modern & Well Appointed.food well cooked, breakfast well organised, good security, location also is very ideal not far from the Arusha CBD. It seems to be a place where African business people stay and it is clear why. It has all you could ask for: free, in-room wifi, hot water, nice showers, comfortable beds, satellite TV. very Friendly... More
