my wife and i stayed for one night to pick up next early morning flight . the check-in counter staff were business like without smile/greetings and felt very cold. the lobby is very big with only a red piano and looks like just a big hall. i think that it is designed for groupe tourists from main land china. sorry... I only stayed here one night on a layover from Palau to Phoenix. After the place I'd spent the last two weeks it was heaven for me. I don't have high standards for hotels so I was really happy. It's nice just minor things like older carpet, etc. which don't bother me. Everyone I dealt with at the front desk... More

Booked a room for a few hours, basically just somewhere to rest and have a shower in between the end of a business day and a midnight flight. Rooms are old and a but musty, I wouldn't want to stay in one of their basic rooms for more than one night, but it served a purpose and was less than... More

Staff we're very approachable, knowledgeable and kind to their guests... Even though I have had a hard time communicating with the House Keeping, they still showed me that they are willing to do what they've been asked for. Food was amazing and I don't have to ride a taxi just to go to malls. It's walkable (if you like walking).... More

A good solid hotel, with very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, deep bathtub (rug a bit worn but who cares...?) Breakfast was Asian and European buffet with lots of choices. We stayed here after a late night arrival thinking it close to the airport but it is a bit of a ways away- half hour by hotel... More

We stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of a trip to Taiwan. The shuttle driver met us at the airport, as arranged. It is a big hotel, and the foyer is a cast concourse more like an American railway station, with a red baby-grand somewhat incongruously placed in the middle. Room was on 10th floor and everything worked,... More

Stayed in the executive suite for 3 weeks. The hotel rooms are good. Very spacious and clean. Laundry services were pretty fast. Toiletries were refilled everyday. Unfortunately, the breakfast is pretty bad, options were very limited and menu were repeated. Overall, hotel is alright with the friendly staffs.

Stay here for a night because it was near to airport (bout 20 mins) as we have an early flight. Don't be deceive by the room photo when choosing/booking this hotel cos I feel so cheated after checking in. Very outdated hotel like back to the 70s/80s, I dont feel a least bit secure at all, cos was given a... More

The hotel was arranged by China Airlines for my layover. 20 min courtesy shuttle ride from the airport. Chinese breakfast was average and acceptable. Rooms are spacious with a 3rd small bed if u have a child. Bathroom is dated but clean and functional. Restaurants all along the street for dining. Totally fine hotel for layover or just staying in... More

Friendly staff at the front desk, but the rest was average, at best. Be prepared for a pretty run-down place. If you like the 80ies, you will love it. (The depressing swimming pool and fitness zone would be a great location for a next Cohen Brothers movie). It's an option for a one night stop over to catch an early... More
