Can't complain. It's my third trip back and everything is just as good. It's family-friendly and it's very spacious. Compared to the Howard Hotel next door, it's actually value for money (same price, but Windsor is newer)! The Chinese restaurant is not that cheap but if you charge to your room, they will give you a discount. THe breakfast area... More

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always there to help. Great room, specially another TV in the bathroom and there are a lot of things in minibar. Clean room with modern and classy design. Prices are not very expensive too.

We had an executive King on the 11th floor. A really nice, comfortable, well-equipped room with a great bed and bedding; nice desk area; good aircon and a really good bathroom - a big bathtub and a rain-shower with enormous volumes of really hot water! Main areas of the hotel were cold/windy and not particularly inspiring. restaurants - the steak... More

Returned for another visit in September. The hotel is still good, with great people and very nice service. My main issue is that the hotel and restaurants don't seem to be catering as much to the Western guest as they did when they first opened a few years ago. Secondly it is out of the way from most of the... More

This is a magnificent hotel in a great location with the most charming, helpful, polite, exceptionally smartly dressed staff of any hotel you could stay at. A special mention of Vivian the highly professional reception lady. I dined with a friend on the 4th floor restaurant on the first night and a private teppanyaki room with a group of 4... More

1. Room: when I stepped in the room, I found it is a bit old fashioned design, it is new hotel, but it looks old, and the room type we had was deluxe, the room shape is not square or rectangle, I kinda understood the reason (the corner room)but it is a L shape!!! I'm not really used to this shape... More

This hotel is co-owned by the International Po Chen Group. Their office is directly attached to this hotel and it's created a sort of small economy with stores on the bottom as well. Thanks to a good friend of ours, she was able to talk to her Uncle in the company and get us a great deal for the hotel.... More

I ate at their 4th floor buffet with a group of about 50 people. Good food, well prepared, good service. The hotel has several floors of underground parking. Eating at one of the hotel restaurants entitles customers to free parking. Everything was spotlessly clean. Plenty of staff to provide immediate service when requested.

The hotel itself is remarkable, it is extremely clean and friendly staff make it an enjoyable stay. I dont speak manadarin but this was not an issue. The retaurants are really good, the steak restaurant is a la carte and pricey but good. The gym is large with good pool with a massage facility. The rooms are very comfortable and... More

I stayed here for 5 nights. The staff was exceptionally accommodating to my every need. I speak no Chinese so they made all of my arrangements to do sightseeing while I was there. The internet is very fast and the breakfast buffet has lots of options. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Taichung
