Having stayed at the other Tango Hotel property in Taipei, I can't give the Tango Taichung high marks. This one pales in comparison to the Tango Xinyi. We stayed in this hotel for two nights and was happily surprised. I did not expect much since the Lonely Planet Guidebook said there were no hotels they would recommend in Taichung. They recommended to avoid the city altogether. I found the Tango hotel to be perfectly clean and decorated with a bit of pzazz. The bathroom was beautifully new.... more
