Stayed at the hotel for brothers wedding. had been in country already for a week, they were able to take care of laundry quickly. The staff was also able to help us with getting transportation to the buses so that we could head on to next destination. more

Excellent staff with strong English-speaking skills who go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable with both the hotel and the Taichung environs. We stay in HOTEL ONE for 12days....at begining we were going to stay for few nights only, but when we arrived the hotel, wow...it has very friendly doorman to help with our suitcases. Although i wasn't there on business, i think that i would have been very comfortable if i was! The business desk was great with ipod, a office printer, cel-phone, etc. I especially loved the TV in the bathroom! The service was above averge. Although not perfect, it is enough.
