Excellent staff! It was my first time to Taichung. Without much preparation before the trip, hotel staff was very helpful in providing excellent travel information! Room is very clean and size is very decent. Location is ok: 5-10 minute walk to Sogo, and around 15-minute bus ride to Taichung Train Station Will definitely stay again on our next visit to... more

Our company still insist to use this awful hotel, the total number of nights myself and colleaguers have stayed here is now over 40 and at last we are switching to the Landis or the new ONE hotel. If anything the rooms have become more smelly as the ignorant Taiwanese dont obsereve the no smoking rules and just think about... more
