A nice hotel with hot spring tub within the room. The service staff are friendly and courteous. The breakfast spread is generous and the hotel environment are clean and welcoming. The hotel can be very crowded during the peak season so need to book your room early.

Booked 4 rooms for 11 guests. However, due to unknown reason, the hotel could only provide 3 rooms instead. Though the room we received were huge in floor space, hotel did not provide an extrabed and had to sleep on the sofa at the living hall. Personally think that the hotel could do better for the amount of room rate... More

Great service and attentive to guest's comfort. Don't be mistaken by the hotel's location, the reason its off the main road is because it offers a serene environment for a good night's rest. Spacious rooms, plush carpets and fine linen are signs of a quality hotel. Its really value for money and the breakfast is really nice too. Except that... More

The room was huge and clean with big bathtub and balcony. The services was also excellent which was above our expectation, there are some activities for kids as well. The buffet in hotel was the most impressive one, including various choices if Western, Japanese and international items. Would recommend it if you visit Taichung.

The reception staff upon my arrival were very friendly and attentive, but got my booking wrong. I had paid for dinner and thanks to my tour guide's intervention the situation was sorted. Fortunately, I was located in the new wing, in a clean, sizable and quiet room on the 15th floor. A computer [business] room was located 2 floors below... More

A very pleasant stay. The rate of the hotel is very reasonable. The staff are very helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The spa on the roof of the new wing is a great place for the whole family. The only problem with the rooms is that the walls are quite thin. You may sometimes hear people next door... More

We ended up in the ugly old wing with terribly rude local floor- mates which illustrated the poor insulation of the rooms. The elevator “ding” still reverberates in my head further showing the quality of sound-proofing in the old rooms. Paid for 3 people and only had supplies for 2. Call 1. Pre-requested feather-free room. The request wasn't understood. Call... More

I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel in a superior suite. The bed and linen were excellent quality and very comfortable and maid service and concierge was excellent. No room service was the biggest problem. Arriving late at night, from 25 hours travelling, I did not want to go to a restaurant to eat, so I just went hungry!... More

There are actually two tower blocks for this hotel, an older one and newer one just across a paved area. We were given a room in the newer tower. The room was great; clean, nice view of the city, nice big bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. On arrival, I presented a booking i had made on the internet... More

It is a few kilometers from the city, but quite accessible if you drive. The parking is just in front of the hotel. The price, age and quality of rooms are acceptable - better than the ones we visited first in the city that were higher-priced. The room was clean enough for our kids and has good ventillation. Breakfast was... More
