When compared to equivalent western hotels it is very superior. Free internet, free breakfast, and no tipping save you plenty. Restaurants and service good, as is the quality of the rooms. Cost is about one third of equivalent western hotel with bad attitude often thrown in! more

The spendor was a nice very tall hotel but in a shanty neighborhood. I had an waterfront room. I was on business and was picked up and dropped off every day so I have no idea what really was around it.
