We stayed here recently. Very high quality, quite amazing. We've stayed in hotels all around the world and this hostel ranks right at the top in terms of quality. They even had a breakfast that was out of this world, so many different choices. Wee will be back again, hopefully many times.

Chateau De Chine is located in old Kaohsiung city but very close to MRT station for easy access and Love River, one of the landmarks of the city. After staying here for 3 nights, I would recommend both the Family Room and the Double Room. The Family room comes with 2 queen-sized beds and will suit families with younger children.... More

Stayed here as part of a packaged tour. Overall a very nice hotel with a close-by station to go around Kaohsiung. Staff is generally helpful and breakfast provided is surprising quite good with a good variety available. I would rate this as a good 4.5 star. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and there are nearby convenient stores if anyone needs... More

Hotel was reserved by my colleagues. My room was on the 7th (executive) floor that included a lounge. Room was large and comfortable. All facilities were available and worked properly. Breakfast was aimed at Chinese guests, so don't expect a 'Continental Breakfast'. Good: bed, shower, facilities Less: not a lot of storage for your shirts, air conitioner too noisy

I checked in as part of a short tour of Taiwan, and had arranged a couple of extra nights afterwards as well. My experience is that when on tour, hotels don't provide quite as much service, for example no assistance with bags or finding your room, empty mini bar - I was pretty much expecting this. The rooms were a... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night while visiting Kaohsiung. The room rate was favourable and I read some good reviews of the hotel. The location might be a little bit out of the way for some, but since we had a scooter it wasn't an issue. The lobby is very beautiful and luxurious. The check in was... More

this hotel close to yanchengpu mrt station. The mrt station is not crowded. In front of hotel there is a park and near love river. A lot of food stall. The room so big, my deluxe family room has separate shower and closet room. It is very clean and the waiter at breakfast time so polite.

We stayed at Chateau de Chine last August and had a really pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, about 5 minutes walk from the nearest station. Check-in is very efficient and we were even escorted into our room. The room was spacious and modern, featuring two comfortable queen size beds. The hotel provided stationary, which... More

At first we thought that the hotel was over-priced because there wasn't even a parking lot in the hotel we had to use the parking lot across the street. Although we soon found out it was complimentary we had trouble finding out where to park. Then when we went to our rooms the rooms smelt like cigarettes although we booked... More

We booked into this hotel with an airline travel package. This hotel was the lowest cost option but the quality of the hotel exceeds our expectation. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is around 2-3 minutes walk from the KRT station and the route is easy to find. There's a convenient store just downstairs and there's... More
