Super staff, good food, great views of the harbor. What's not to like? But the airport is a couple of hors away In Taipei. On the Shinkansen which is pretty nice. Nonetheless a great place with good food and service.

In order to access the lobby of the hotel you need to pass through a shopping centre which can be a bit annoying if you have lots of baggage. The rooms are good, tv choices fairly basic. We found the dining room a bit noisy. Great view from most rooms

This is a large bustling hotel filled with Chinese tourist and business people. The many restaurants serve a average food with poor service. The best thing that can be said about the hotel is the food and shopping mall which is very convenient.

I used to stay at this hotel few times a year since 2002 when it used to be at its peak - having a Rock 22 discotheque and much fancier guests staying there. Nowadays the hotel has been aged and there are better choices in town , such as Formosa for example. However, this hotel still offers the best location,... More

This hotel is one of the icon hotels in the city. Stayed in one of the high floor rooms and have a sweeping view of the harbour. Furniture is dated in the room but acceptable. Room size is huge and bathroom too. Located next to the shopping mall and lots of eateries around. Staff is friendly and approachable.

The staff are courteous and friendly , upgrade us to a family suite that has a patio area looking out to the port, (however that synthetic lawn is cheap awful looking ...)excellent view from... More

1. Could not get help from staff with my & my wife bags, they did not want to understand my request. 2. I put my name on paper so they could spell it correctly only to find they had copied it incorrectly 3. They charge for internet in the room? I have not had that tried on me for years.... More

In a nutshell, an old hotel with classic flair. Everything was average and above except for: Elevators(to the executive rooms), Breakfast selection, and the swimming pool(or how they ran it). I paid extra and stayed on the Executive floor for added comfort but there was no such thing because the elevators were always crowded with people going to the restaurants... More
