We reserved a family room for 4 people and it was a two room suites with big living room and spacious bedroom, two bathrooms. Very large area, clean hotel for a great price. Breakfast selection is great, convenient in Kaoshiung as well. Definitely will go back next time.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent! I loved everything about it. The breakfast was almost excellent although scrambled eggs were cold in a big trough. Service was superb and staff were incredibly friendly. Pool is excellent although was pretty cold. Cannot recommend the Jacuzzi which is paint-stripped and not powerful (it was in fact out of action on our... More

Easy walking distance (12 mins) to the railway station and the MRT (underground station). Rooms are a decent size, clean and well serviced. Shower a bit small but excellent water pressure and temperature control. Breakfast on the 5th floor restaurant can be a bit busy and chaotic, but wide range of food available. If there is no cut pineapple out... More

It is located off the main road (Chong-San-Yi-Lu) connecting the Kaoshiung Main Train Station and the Formosa Station. It is a 15min walk to either subway station. It is not a bad walk since one can browse the many stores as you go, however, for those in a hurry, the taxi will get you there in less than 5 min... More

This hotel is already of a good quality, but as of 12th December, it is offering an exclusive breakfast venue on its 30th floor for its VIP guests. Good move and very beneficial to its regular visitors. The checking-in procedure is still not clear, as now there is a VIP checking-in office near the shopping area in the hotel. This... More

Excellent! Stayed for a month (September 28 to October 26) on business. Check in/out was no hassle. Excellent staff; very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. Eastern and western choices. Conveniently located for walking to stores, restaurants, electronic district etc. Nice pool and gym. The room I stayed in had a router so I had Wi-Fi and LAN access which... More

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in Sept-Oct'13. The hotel is strategically located at the centre of Kaoshiung city with various night markets in near by places. Hotel is neat and clean, well maintained with nice staff. Only black spot on this hotel is that the staff is not well versed in english. You have to take some... More

Apart from the variations in the spelling of street names in Kaoshiung, which caused some small delay in arrival, compensated brilliantly by wonderful personal service by the staff, the hotel is quite a gem. Checking in and out were both completed with minimum fuss. I was delighted with my suite room, well appointed with good facilities and an exceptionally comfortable... More

3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 6, 2013

We stayed here for 2 nights in August 2013, and paid about USD 90 per night including free wi-fi but excluding breakfast. We didn't try the breakfast, instead we searched (in vain) for a neighborhood place. The hotel, as others have mentioned, is dated, and there was a distinct odor of cigarette smoke on every floor, even though it was... More

Clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable hotel with a high-end shopping mall on the bottom floors. Very fast, individual wi-fi connection in each room, but you have to pay a charge per day to use it. Hotel provides skillful blind masseurs which come directly up to your room. The health club facility was also excellent. Outstanding breakfast with an amazing selection of... More
