We stay here once per year. Each time our initial room has problems; this year, no water pressure in the bathroom sink and a shower head that will not stay in one place when in use. The new room has exactly one power outlet in the room. Inconvenient and a ridiculous oversight. Staff are friendly but unhelpful. Questions and complaints... More

We arrived in the morning. The door man or porter was no where to be found. We had to carry our luggage into the reception area. The room light was only set for 30 minutes initially. The lights kept going out constantly. Our room has the view of the harbor and Love River. The sun shines into half the room... More

My room was good. Big and clean. I'll not choose this hotel again even if the room was good because of its breakfast, location and wifi. The location isn't good. No shops around the hotel (but around 10 bars for those who look for a drink) The breakfast is really bad for a 4 star hotel. I'm use to Chinese... More

We were there for 2 nights with our kids, 6 and 3. The room with 2 double beds worked well for us. Overall the room was very clean, and there was sufficient space for the kids to move around. The beds felt comfortable for us, and the sheets were clean. I say clean because both my kids and I are... More

Come with family for vacation. Nice place to stay. Breakfast is mainly Chinese style which is a surprise as my children prefer Chinese style with noodles andrice. Room is clean and comfort. Love River, Rose Catholic Church and Pier 2 are within walking distance.

25th floor offers great views of the river and across the city. The staff were conferences that it would be too windy to sit outside but opened up the balcony for us and we had a lovely hour or so outside. Tea is Lipton Yellow Label, and perfectly acceptable if nothing special. Sandwiches were adequate but the cakes and pastries... More

I was here 3 nites over the new year. Area is not bustling like some other locations but hotel is within walking distance to Pier 2 Arts Centre, and abt 8 min walk to the subway. Love River is less than 5 mins walk and makes for a nice night stroll. Room is reasonably large and mine looked newly renovated.... More

We have stayed at this hotel on the 11th floor during November, the room looks clean and modern, bed are good for two people. In regards to breakfast, choices are limited and with certain selections are cold dishes, so mainly western and Chinese bakery products, meat, vegetables, noodles, eggs etc., similar to other hotels in Taiwan with limited selections. Hotel is very comfortable. Rooms are big with nice and well equipped bathroom. Internet connection is fast, but sometimes disconnect for couple of minutes. There is a bar on 25th floor, which has nice view. Rooms are very clean and neat. Breakfast is tasty with Asian and western food. Only problem is gym which is very small.

I feel bad to say but this hotel is not worthy of staying. Its located at a street with not much activities / food around, hotel and room looks old, can hear knockings and sounds from the room next door, despite it having many branches in taiwan. Also it cost more than the tallest hotel in kaohsiung.
