This is lovely hotel, in a good position for travel. They offer pick up and drop off to the airport and if they cannot provide this themselves, they pay for a taxi, which is great after a long flight. The rooms are small but manageable. Breakfasts are typical taiwanese rather than western, so some of our party when out for... More

Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel, both room and bathroom are spacious, clean and comfortable. They provide laundry service on the 8th floor, which cost TWD100 per wash and additional TWD100 for the usage of the dryer. It is about 10 mins drive from the train station to the hotel, and we would not suggest to walk. We were... More

Very cheap and clean room. There is a free shuttle bus to pick you back and forth at the station. the staffs are very helpful. They show us the direction how to go to taroko park by giving us the map and the schedule of the bus. Moreover, they can lend you bike for free to ride around. The only... More

Whilst the rooms are larger than what I had previously stayed in throughout Asia, the fixtures in the bathroom and bedroom were old and the shower was very cramped. The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything from outside and from other guests in their rooms. I also noticed that... More

We got the "Sweet Double Room" as shown on their website (translated by Google). It was spacious and has a window so I'm good. If you stayed at a hostel in Taipei and you're claustrophobic you probably know what I'm talking about. Location wasn't so bad. It's near a mall and 7-Eleven. Most of the places we wanted to go... We had arranged for the hotel transport to pick us up from Hualian train station at about 7:50pm. However, due to a longer-than-expected train ride from Taipei, we only managed to reach Hualian at about 8:10pm. We weren’t able to contact the hotel as we did not have a local calling card, and thus we weren’t expecting the hotel transport... More

Easy and fast check-in by friendly staff. Not warm, but friendly enough. The room was spacious and clean, great water pressure in the shower (which is a big thing for me). They offered a crib for the baby but we didn't need it, and it might have been a bit tight in the room if we did have it. Within... More

Having flown into Hualien from Taipei, we took a taxi to the hotel ($250) and even though the room wasn't ready, we were allowed to leave our bags, which were subsequently taken to our room when we were out. First impressions were of a tidy room, with a nice bathroom, drink making facilities plus 2 bags of crisps which was... More
