I had a comfortable stay at the Lakeshore. Nice facilities--pool and gym were great! Wifi in my room was a bit patchy but my colleagues didn't have the same drama on different floors. I really liked the area. A small lake was just a 5 min walk up the hill. The lovely scenic 2.3km loop made for a pleasant afternoon... More

I'm staying in Lakeshore Apartments which adjoin the. Lakeshore hotel. I often dine in the. Lakeshore Hotel restaurants. Service is very good. Food is also good. I'm disabled and the help I've received is excellent. I've joined the leisure club, the same used by hotel guests. It's also very good. I highly recommend this place. I was warned about how... More

I've stayed in this hotel one night because of a business nearby. Actually, the reservation is made by the company with their corporate rate. This property is huge - with 3 separate buildings and lots of rooms. I do agree with the other reviewers that it may be better if you come with family rather than business because of the... More

This is a suburban hotel near the city with a big and clean in-door heated pool and kid's activity center. There are three buildings within the premises. We had a problem with the toilet when we checked in our first room (disgusting with the previous user's "waste" unflushable in the toilet) so we were changed to a different room. The... More

Huge heated pools - great for kids and adults!! Bring a swim cap but fret not if you forget to pack any. The hotel has a small shop where u can purchase swim gear. Spacious rooms with large beds. Had a very comfortable sleep. Breakfast was pretty decent. Has western and Asian food to cater to everyone. Hotel surroundings were... More

This hotel was located outskirts area of hshinchu city, we took a cab and it took around 15-20mins from hshinchu station. First of all, I was impressed by their services, the staffs are so so polite and friendly. We arrived early around 8am, and we can just check in and no need to wait until check in time. Plenty of... We were on an 8 days tour in Taiwan. Our 1st stopover was at Lakeshore (Hsinchu). We arrived in the evening, in-time for dinner and have to checkout early morning….:( Fortunately, the Chinese-set dinner was good! This place is far out from city area; there is a Family Mart (7 eleven store) outside the road. No shopping around! But, this... More

Traveling with an active 22 months toddler is always a challenge and we were pleased to find a hotel that caters to families. The pool with a built-in water slide in 34 degrees water was ideal for kids to play in. The hotel also came with a well equiped play room, computer room, ping-pong and pool facilities. The hotel also... More

With three buildings that connect, a fabulous spa area with a relatively large swimming pool open only to the guests of the hotel and a splendid western and asian breakfast buffet this hotel is ideal for a relaxing weekend within Hsinchu town. Bar and restaurant stay open until late at night so no need to move for dinner too! The... More

Impressive property with large comfortable rooms. Check out the heated jacuzzi. Polite ane helpful staff. During one of our stays, the hotel was chock-a-block. Guests who arrived for the buffet breakfast around 9 am had to dine in the basement, where their ballrooms were located. Food was cold and not appetizing. Location isn't great -- you'll need to catch a... More
