Unparalleled breadth of breakfast buffet on second floor (Western/Japanese/Chinese), 24 hour well appointed gym, large updated rooms, free wifi, friendly staff with good English skills, etc. This is my top choice hotel in Hsinchu!

The hotel is well maintained and very close to the high speed rail station (the connecting shuttle stops just past the hotel, show your high speed rail ticket to get on the bus free), but a bit farther from downtown. It is well-maintained and efficient. We arrived early and had to wait for the second room, which was ready soon... More

I stay here every time I go to travel in Taiwan. I love staying here and they have check in/out staff that speak English pretty well. I've stayed here on at least 5 occassions for 2-3 nights each time. FOOD -breakfast buffet is awesome! Huge selection. If you stay here too long though, you can get bored of the food.... More

The outlook of this hotel was old but inside was fancy. Staff here is so helpful and professional. The room is awesome... I like the style.. but it is really confusing when you out of elevator.. it was so similar every where.. Breakfast was wonderful, a lot of selections! yummy!

Stayed in this hotel due to business trip. Rooms are really spacious and huge! Bed is very comfortable king sized bed. The lobby is also big and elegant, classy. International Breakfast is great with good spread, lots of variety and good quality! Overall had great impression of this hotel. But would be perfect if the reception area could speed up... More

This is an awesome hotel for long business trips. The rooms are excellent, and the bath/shower area is one of the best I have ever experienced (I'd like to model my own bathroom after it). The staff is EXCELLENT. I complained that the desk area had poor lighting, and after that every time I visited this hotel they had an... More

I stay here 5 or 6 times per year. It amazes me what you get for your American dollar. Last time I was upgraded to a corner room with windows along two entire walls with great views of the mountains and city. The breakfast is good and has something for everyone. I am not a big fan of the Light... More

Positive: - good location - Nice rooms - The japanese restaurants in the hotel are great. - really great bathroom Negative: - Minibar selection of snacks and drinks is poor. - We had agreed with the Sheraton that they would make sure there was a car service available to take us to our location every morning. Stayed in This hotel for 5 days and i must say, It is the Best in Taiwan for Business Trip. The rooms are spacious with the most modern amenities and the interiors were amazing. The staff is courteous and always helpful. The food is good but then it didn't suit my taste of American / English kinds. Wifi was fast... More

Nice hotel for business trip, especially in the electrical manufacturing city. Everything is prepared well and enough for each business visitor. Convenient traffic from HSR station to Train station or order a Taxi to science park, cheaper solution is waiting for hotel shuttle bus. I recommend the swimming pool, inside and warm water. I believe it's a proper relax solutions... More
