Truly a five star property, spacious lobby, very classy decor , cozy bar. Rooms also spacious , large bathroom , complementary bottled water, free Internet , mini bar and we had basket of fruit. Excellent dining room and service especially from Ahmed who reflects the service and the customer care of the Tadamora.

Clean, gracious, walking distance to the Roman Temple of Bel and ancient city, great pool and spa and extraordinary breakfast. Perhaps the best in all of the Syrian hotels. Did need to change rooms because of outside heating system noise, but that was minor given the other pluses

Seven years ago, accommodations in Palmyra were really grim. We did not have plans to stay at the Tadamora, but as we drove in, it's exterior looms large and almost imposing, so we headed right to it and were lucky to get a room. Malek, the front office manager was incredibly accommodating, and settled us right in. The rooms are... More

My wife and I stayed at the Tadamora Palace Hotel & Spa for two nights in March. One of the few criticisms I have of this place is that their website does not provide directions on how to get there or show where it is located on the map. There is a cheap backpacker place in town called the Tadmor... More

This hotel is a true gem. From design details to beautiful and comfortable room to exceptional service to fine fine food to free Internet, this is the place to stay in Palmyra. You will want to stay at least two nights - and reserve ahead for their relaxing spa treatments. One of my all-time favorite hotels!

We had wanted to stay at the Zenobia but it was full, this newly opened hotel was a lucky find. It's decor is very similar to the Six Senses chain, the rooms are large and very comfortable, the staff are very helpful. The only let down is the quality of food in the dining room - the burgers would have... More

We only stayed one night but an excellent hotel. The rooms were not luxurious but clean and quirt. Free wi-fi in the public areas! Great reataurant with some surprisingly good French wines. Palmyra is an oasis of tranquility - well worth the visit. Staff were great.

We stayed one night in the Tadamora Palace and really loved it. The Hotel is quite new and has a cool atmosphere to it. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom excellent with an extra circular shower room and a separate toilet. Service at the reception and in the restaurant was really 5*, very efficient and very friendly. We... More

Wonderful hotel. It is a great place to stay in Palmyra, everything was terrific. I got sick while staying at tadamora and the manager was so kind that he called a doctor and then got the medicines for me. If you go to Palmyra, stay there.

The hotel is monumental in scale which gives it a cold impersonal feel and that is added to by the unfriendly reception staff I met, so unlike normally friendly Syrians. The hotel literature claims it is close to the ruins but in fact it is quite a long way away - too far to walk - and it has no... More
