we stayed there with my family, and had the loveliest holiday that i can recall. The restaurant is a real treat, you take your breakfast with a lovely view of the gardens, with peacocks walking around, the cottages provide privacy but not isolated. There are various restaurants, providing different sitting areas ample change. The restaurant sitting on the lake is... More

On my 2nd visit to Swaziland, the mantenga lodge was full. So i opted to stay in the Summerfield Botanical Garden Hotel resort for 2 weeks. Oh my word, what a suprise indeed! This place is Heaven. It was like a dream come true. And all for £55 a night. First of all, the suites are extremely big with 2... More

Lovely for functions since the weather is nearly always warm and sunny, and the surroundings are clean and beautiful. the Chalets are well kept as is the entire area. There is some contstruction going on but the gardens are large so that area can easily be avoided. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the deluxe suit which was very spacious... More

This resort is a little diamond in an already stunning country! Surrounded by gorgeous gardens, peacocks wondering around, friendly staff and a beautiful pool. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the deluxe suit which was very spacious with charming, luxurious décor and a lovely patio for sundowners. We took a walk around the gardens each morning with our... More

We have been to this beautiful place a number of times before, but each time we go there we get a fresh feeling of relaxation. The waiters are always welcoming and helpful. The taste of the food is always out of this world! I recommend that after your meal take a walk out outside to take in the breathtaking views!

We visited the restaurant at Summerfield as a group of 22 ranging from 16 to 70 and had been told it was where the king favours eating out. Slightly worried that we might break a dress code we arrived to find an an enormous table ready for us and some very attentive staff. Good things are the venue itself which... More

This place has this mix of Swazi-European feeling! Situated inside a lush botanical garden, there are two rooms in a hut style house. Room is elegantly decorated with all the necessary amenities and everything inside the room is in working (hot water, shower, hairdryer, air condition). Bathroom is spacious with double sinks, a separate bath tub and shower. Extra fees... More
