Very friendly staff, rooms comfortable in need of a little upgrading. The Hotel is from another era and needs updating but the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere definitely makes up for this. Food overall good, lovely and fresh Buffet dinner, lots of salads fresh fish etc to choose from. Breakfast Buffet also caters for everyone, again breakfast staff friendly. Spa... More

We had a four hour drive towards Swaziland, stopping for lunch of chicken soup and bread at a candle factory. Our hotel for the night was the Royal Swazi Spa a large colonial style hotel in the middle of a golf course. As well as golf there were two tennis course and two bowling greens where my wife and I... Royal Swazi sun first impression is the landscape on which it is built. The two hotels; royal Swaziland sun and lugogo sun are sister hotels. One on a higher plateau than the other. I like space and was really impressed by the openness the hotels presented. I had the opportunity to visit the spa, gym and steamroom. While the hotel... More

Fabulous location, Gold Course a must, if you play. Very reasonable prices to hire clubs and buggy from a very well stocked Golf Shop. The hotel lounge was a little tired, furniture needed replacement or clean but the rooms were good and the restaurant was nicely positioned. There is a bar on the pool with beautiful views. The grounds are... More

My first taste of Swaziland was not that good...I didn't find the place particularly interesting although the landscape is beautiful. However, the hotel is in a beautiful valley. The area is like an oasis in the desert with shops and restaurants etc. The hotel itself is beautiful, perhaps dated but still beautiful. only negative thing is lack of free Wi-Fi.... More

Funny as my last review for a BnB in SA was an excellent. But like anything you get good and bad. Hotel seems nice enough. Good location well maintained lots of staff on hand. Until I called the pro-shop for a game of golf... I was quoted a price for green fees, clubs, balls, tees and cart. This quote was... More

This hotel is hidden away between the valleys and mountains of Swaziland. The employees are very helpful. The rooms are spacious with good amenities. Beds are comfortable. The hallways of the hotel are very classic and vintage looking. Great entertainment, ranging from the games room for kids to the casino for big kids. Haha. The pool and pool bar are... More

Hi If you are in Swaziland then this is a godd place to stay locationwise, accommodation is good, rate is fair but eat out as the cost of meals in the restaurant (especially the buffet dinner) are horrendous! Whislt teh buffet is quite sumptious nobody could eat that much and we are paying for their wastage I am sure. They... More

The Royal Swazi Hotel & Spa is set in the magnificent scenery of the Ezulwini Valley in the Kingdom of Swaziland. The rooms are comfortable but could do with an upgrade/refurbishing,the staff pleasant and always smiling. Room service is excellent and the breakfasts excellent in the variety and quality of food. The pool deck and bar is set with beautiful... More

Breakfasts are excellent and are overwhelming in their variety. Every taste is catered for with the usual cooked meals but with additions such as tripe, kidneys etc. Lots of cold options, fruit cereals and I saw one gentleman relishing a waffle and ice cream! The staff are charming and go out of their way to assist one. The pool area... More
