Hi If you are in Swaziland then this is a godd place to stay locationwise, accommodation is good, rate is fair but eat out as the cost of meals in the restaurant (especially the buffet dinner) are horrendous! Whislt teh buffet is quite sumptious nobody could eat that much and we are paying for their wastage I am sure. They... More

The Royal Swazi Hotel & Spa is set in the magnificent scenery of the Ezulwini Valley in the Kingdom of Swaziland. The rooms are comfortable but could do with an upgrade/refurbishing,the staff pleasant and always smiling. Room service is excellent and the breakfasts excellent in the variety and quality of food. The pool deck and bar is set with beautiful... More

Breakfasts are excellent and are overwhelming in their variety. Every taste is catered for with the usual cooked meals but with additions such as tripe, kidneys etc. Lots of cold options, fruit cereals and I saw one gentleman relishing a waffle and ice cream! The staff are charming and go out of their way to assist one. The pool area... More

I stopped by the Sun Horel for a late lunch at the pool deck. It was most enjoyable sitting in the sun with a glass of cold wine. The lunch menu had a great choice. Afterwards I visited the shops that had the best choice of bathing costumes in Swaziland. The gold course is great as well. I would recommend... More

My hubby and I together with my dad and his wife recently visited the royal swazi spa and casino as part of the mvg gold card promotion which offered us 5 nights free midweek stay at the hotel. I have to admit i did initially have my reservations about the hotel having read other reviews on TripAdvisor. I can officially... More

The location is fabulous and very warm and welcoming. We stayed in the suites around the pool. Very spacious. Lovely to have a "proper" turn down with rose petals and chocolates on the pillow. Very friendly and attentive staff. Golf was really great. Food always impressive. The hotel is looking tired and dated - give this Grand Old Dame a... More

Clean rooms and good internet. The hotel is a bit far from Mbabane (which is where government offices are). Very serene location. There is a casino in the hotel which seems quite popular. Room service was fast. In the winter the lobby is very cold, but the rooms had good heating and were warm. Check-in process was very easy and... More

My husband and I had a fantastic stay from 29 June to 5 July 2014. We had a spacious room overlooking the pool area. Rooms are neatly serviced with turn-downs and towel change once again. Rooms are very comfortable but are a little dated. Could do with with upgrades in decor, and flat screen TV. We enjoyed the poolside activity from... More

Swaziland is a peaceful beautiful mountainous Kingdom land locked by South Africa. I am always pleasantly surprised at the Tranquility and the friendly attitude of the the Hotel and its staff. The rooms are top notch, huge and clean. The Pool area where we have breakfast too is always well maintained and the most beautiful setting to enjoy the scrumptious... More
