Clean rooms and good internet. The hotel is a bit far from Mbabane (which is where government offices are). Very serene location. There is a casino in the hotel which seems quite popular. Room service was fast. In the winter the lobby is very cold, but the rooms had good heating and were warm. Check-in process was very easy and... More

My husband and I had a fantastic stay from 29 June to 5 July 2014. We had a spacious room overlooking the pool area. Rooms are neatly serviced with turn-downs and towel change once again. Rooms are very comfortable but are a little dated. Could do with with upgrades in decor, and flat screen TV. We enjoyed the poolside activity from... More

Swaziland is a peaceful beautiful mountainous Kingdom land locked by South Africa. I am always pleasantly surprised at the Tranquility and the friendly attitude of the the Hotel and its staff. The rooms are top notch, huge and clean. The Pool area where we have breakfast too is always well maintained and the most beautiful setting to enjoy the scrumptious... More

It was my second time this May 2014.The first time I came a year ago, the staff were friendly and approachable but then this time my expectations went one notch lower. We had a problem with the television and we called for help in the reception, we waited for someone to come but then no one did. The ATM is... More

A recent one night stay in this hotel was pleasant, made even more so by the extreme friendliness of all staff. Old world courtesies abound. Other than breakfast (sumptuous - standard international hotel fare), I didn't eat there, so can't comment on meals. The room was pleasant, well appointed, and everything worked, but slightly worn. The hotel was convenient to... More

We encountered no specific problems but it just did not measure up to our experiences elsewhere in Souther Africa. This could be a great hotel. Instead, it is an acceptable hotel. If you want to stay in the area, it is okay but the highlight of your visit will not be the hotel. The common areas are nice including the... More

Although the hotel is very neat and clean, it really needs an upgrade. Entrance and reception areas look great, but the rooms are not 5 star. Wi-Fi, which you have to pay for, is basically non-existent during weekdays, but does improve over the weekend. Staff needs training. At times we found them quite rude, and not understanding what we were... More

The staff is generally friendly and the service good. The food is good and the surroundings majestic. But the rooms are in desperate need of a revamp; how much can a new tv cost really? the tiny and very old cathode ray tvs are a far cry from what can be expected in a "5-star"establishment, the carpets are-sinusitis inducing and... The hotel was not of the same standard as other Sun International properties. Room was clean but dated. It was non smoking room but smelled of cigarettes. Bathroom was mouldy in certain parts. No free Wi-fi. This is strange as free wi-fi has become an international standard for hotels of this claimed calibre. The outside areas were very nice. Nice... More
