Staff were extremely friendly and helpful The views were great and we had to leave early. They packed nice breakfast packs for us. We will definitely go back again. We are regular travellers and can recommend Mantenga

We were in a (best way to explain it) semidetached room, with a balcony facing the forest - which is full of monkeys! It was a little chilly at times but a lovely room and brilliant view. The staff are also incredibly helpful and friendly, and it's right next to the cultural village and nature reserve. The food is really... More

we stayed over 2 nights. room was perfect, we had a room facing the mountains, nice balcony. beds are good, staff friendly and helpful. we asked for a really late checkout and it was ok. dinner was surprisingly good, had rump steak with vegies and guests get a 10% reduction on their bill. we were there on a special rate... We checked in to this hotel with our tour group. They delivered our two pieces of luggage to a wrong room and the room was not occupied. Therefore no one turned our lost luggage in and it took them a little bit of time to locate them. They apologized sincerely. The room is basic but the restaurant is quite nice.... More

Friendly staff, good location to toruist attractions. Restaurant and bar are great. Nice breakfast too. Only thing to mention was that the Wifi wasn't great at the time of my stay but not a big problem to me.

Stay was ok, Staff was helpful. Room had a terrible smell. Air-con did not work optimally. Breakfast on the last day was bad, limited options, cereal, bread and eggs only. Restaurant food was just ok. No electricity on one of the nights, perhaps they could invest in a generator for the establishment.

Thanks for the friendly service. We felt welcome from the time we arrived until we left. Great food at the restaurant. TV reception was the only thing that was below par as I had to find another place to watch the test

Very nice safari camp type lodge in a quiet area just outside of Mbabane. We stayed in a hut type building, surrounding a central stepped area, beautifully landscaped with trees. Out hut had very efficient aircon, a clean bathroom and a varandah facing onto the wilderness and an amazing view of Executioners Rock. We saw monkeys from our room on... More

We went for a long weekend, wanted to focus on quad and MTB riding, no need for fancy accomodation. This is what Mantenga offers - nice little cottages equipped with all the really necessary things, a decent if not overly original restaurant (but do try the sandwiches they do as snacks), friendly staff, and all this at very reasonable prices....
