I have so many issues with my 2 night stay at this hotel. Firstly when checking out they demanded I pay for the room which I had already paid. They got insistant which is understandable if i had but even if i had it is unacceptable for a member of staff to threaten me. Only we I said to call... More

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of hotel and found it excellent value for money. Perfect location, big clean rooms and the pool is just the perfect way to get over a long flight! The staff were attentive and service was great. Would absolutely recommend!

I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends who will be visiting to Sri Lanka and traveling around the country. They were very irresponsible about their services and PR . It was really embarrassing for us that who ever the so called manager didn't allow our ladies to use the swimming pool without bikinis, even though they... More

Dear Sir, Firstly let me apologise for the miscommunication in our policies. It is not, that we do not allow Muslim ladies to enter the pool unless they are wearing bikinis, it is that we do not allow anyone to enter unless they are wearing proper swim attire. Secondly, let me apologise for my staff’s unawareness of the attire that... More

It was the first hotel in Sri Lanka were we stayed and everything was great specially the breakfast. Camelot beach Hotel were very well located-next to the beach. We had many nice dinners on there, Negombo was special about the beach restaurant area.

Nice location next to beach. Nice rooms. Very good breakfast. Traditional massage in the hotel is worth going for. The lady who did the massage did a fantastic job. Morning walk in the beach is very refreshing. Hotel is fully booked during tourist season jan- mar. Better to book well in advance.

Its all that you need for a few nights. True its a bit tired and threadbare but we could happily have stayed longer than our two night stay at the start of our holiday. If all you want is a beach location the outdoor facilities rate 5 stars...way above the standard of the hotel buildings. It was great to have... More

We went to this hotel at the start of a tour of Sri Lanka. It was conveniently close to the airport, and was only about a half hour trip, so we could chill after the flight. The hotel appeared a bit run down, but the staff who were very attentive and helpful made up for the shortcomings. The room overlooked... More

We stayed here over new year and had a great time. Only 25 minutes from the airport. Negombo town has plenty of bars and restaurants and is quite lively. The rooms were clean and spacious with nice sea/pool views. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a well stocked bar, breakfast buffet was excellent as was the new year... More

We ware there just to spend the day with my family and friends. So my review EXcludes hotel rooms and room services. I'd give 10 stars for the location. The beach and the sea is right IN-FRONT. Difficult to make the decision on whether go to the sea or stay in the pool, Great setting. Child friendly atmosphere, baby/ Kids... More
