We were in the family room for three nights and it was very good- The staff was very nice, especially the boss. The room was clean and the shower was good. It is really advisable to stay here. Very close to the beach and the trainstation. The breakfast is very good.

A warm welcoming host and a friendly quiet setting provided us with a relaxing and memorable last few days of our 5 weeks in Sri Lanka. this is a lovely guesthouse with decent sized rooms which are clean and comfortable. our room had a small kitchenette in it including a toaster and a fridge, which we personally didn't need but useful if you are staying for a while. Our room was a little stuffy and it was hard to get any air coming through. We stayed... More

We stayed here for two nights after arriving in Sri Lanka. Guest house is ok, clean rooms and AC. Close to the beach, not so close to the center. Owner was kind (even spoke Dutch), unfortunately he left after one night, leaving us with a bill including 10% tax (which wasn't mentioned) and a breakfast served including frozen juice. I... More

The room was clean and quite spacious, which was nice. The guesthouse is also located near the bars and restaurants. We stored our luggage in the office, since we had an evening flight, but the office was not locked and there was nobody there to watch it, so we had to take our valuables with us all day. Also, we... We stayed here for one night only more or less in transit to Anuradhapura. Our A/C did not work and the owner simply moved us to another room and was very apologetic. He even brought up a cold beer as a goodwill gesture. The room was fine, a little basic, but clean and well located. The owner also assisted us... More

Accidentally we reached to this place. We never thought of starting our vacation with this hotel. Terrible room with transparent Windows and Door. Lot of Mosquito. If you are bachelor and looking for very economical options then please go ahead with this hotel. Not a good option for family.

I stayed here for a night before my flight. Good cheap, clean accomodation. Really helpful, friendly owner and close to the airport and negembo beach which is just across the road. Would recommend to others

We spent there one night in late october when we arrived in Sri Lanka. Plus : We got a nice double room, clean. Wifi worked correctly. Breakfast : coffee, bread, butter, jam and eggs was good. Not so many tourists, we got a good deal for a double room with AC and breakfast. Some staff was helpful. On sundays, the... More
