Unless you have hundreds and hundreds of dollars to spend on overpriced goods and services do not come here. It is in an isolated location so they choose to charge a ridiculous amount for everything. Im pretty sure that the food sold is simply repackaged airline food from Korean air who owns the hotel. A simple sandwich or porridge will... More

The worst hotel i ever been.. When you arrive you get shock of the back look of the facade...but it get worst when you enter the corridors and rooms.. Outdated, dirty, not clean. The carpet is stain and bad placed, pretty bad conditions. The room smell like food, the door is like something indescribable..and do not want to describe the... More

Located out in nowhere with a long drive back to airport. + decent hotel food. - both pools were in repair or not maintained - poor english customer sevice - someone paid for this place to be a 5 star hotel. Complete lie. Don't fall for the package price savings like my mom did.

I'm not sure who was giving out hotel stars out but it's apparent that they were either drunk or significantly compensated to be labeled as a Five start hotel. Perhaps they were talking about five stars of aggravation and headache. I can definitely vouch for that since that is about all I received. First off, this hotel is 50 minutes... More

Being situated by the sea, hotel has a great view and beautiful compound. However, it was quite dated and it is located kinda in the middle of nowhere. Make sure you buy ur supplies before you check into the hotel as there is no convenience store or restsurants nearby except for the hotel restaurant. Getting a taxi was quite easy... More

The view and the areas okay, the receptionist was rude and wouldn't change our rooms because it smelt like smoke. Almost all of the floors smelled like smoke and the people are allowed to smoke in their room. The housekeeping is nice and friendly, but overall it was a bad experience. you had to pay for wifi which is crazy... More

Let me start out by saying that this hotel is on a very beautiful property with high class views. We stayed in a suite and it was so dirty and outdated. The wallpaper, the carpets, the tile, they all have so much grime it was like staying at a sleazy hotel in a 3rd world nation. I would have been... More

I chose Seogwipo KAL blindly based on a couple of reviews and a supposed 5 star rating. I underestimated the trip from the airport. That was painfully long on the shuttle #600. The hotel looks great from the outside and the views are great. Beautiful grounds. Unfortunately I had a 2 star experience with the rooms. The things one normally... More

I was in Jeju to attend one conference. This hotel Seogwipo KAL Hotel is quite far away (ca. 30 mins) from Jeju´s international conference center. It is about 1 hour bus drive from Jeju´s airport and easily reached by airport bus. The closest grocery store was about 15 mins walk away. Hotel was located in nice area close to sea.... More
