Stayed here just before Christmas last year and the most memorable thing about the hotel was the fabulous buffet dinner we had one night- splashed out a bit but it was worth it. The room was a standard room with a lovely bathroom and all the mod cons you'd expect in a Hyatt hotel. We had great balcony views, esp... more

We stayed here on holiday for 5 nights. The hotel is located at the opposite end of the island from the Jeju airport, but a very convenient and inexpensive airporter bus service drops you at the door witih 45 minutes. The buses are frequent; every 20 minutes. The hotel is at the end of the street where all the expensive... more

We paid 160K won for an ocean view king bed room. The money was totally worth it, the view was spectacular! I liked the lobby atrium with the fish pond, very relaxing. The TV (not a LCD) looked a bit old though but the bed was firm. The hotel has a wedding chapel with a gorgeous view of the ocean.... more

My mother, aunt, husband and I spent 4 nites at this hotel a few months ago. The rooms were a little shabby, the bathroom looked like a little run down, but I could have overlooked all of that, had the staff been more courteous. On our first day there, the concierge recommended a restaurant that was outrageously expensive and to... more

We stayed here for vacation for a 2 nights / 3 days duration. The hotel is located at the opposite end of the island from the Jeju airport, so expect a 45 or 50-minutes busride!! But the plus side, the buses are frequent and arrives every 20 minutes. The hotel is located at the end of the street where all... more

Stayed there for 3 days in October of 2008. When I was looking for hotel, my priorities were good views and price. This hotel met both requirements. It was cheapest of all the hotels in that complex and also one with best location. Since this is the first one built in that area, it was little bit worn but still... more

I stayed at the Hyatt for a week in April 2008. The hotel is located on the South side of Jeju island in the Jungmun Tourist Complex, which is basically a cluster of high class hotels (Shilla, Lotte and a few others). From the airport you can take the 600 limousine bus (very comfortable, approx. £5 one way) which will... more

I had to move to this hotel during my stay at Jeju as my hotel of choice (Lotte) could only offer accomodation for the first half of the week. It was a real negative shock for me to move from the beautiful, cheerfull, up to date spacious Lotte Hotel to this grimm office building. The whole place is very dark... more

Very beautifull hotel, large room, very close to the beach (access by stairs), large balcony, nice staff (english spoken). On low season, only one restaurant is opened. The room is quite cheap but extras are expensive (breakfast buffet 20€/pers, diner for 2: 75€). Every evening, you can enjoy live music in the hall and it is a little bit noisy... more
