We had a 24 hour layover and did not intend on purchasing a visa to leave the airport. The airport has an awesome rest and relax area that gets a lot of use overnight, making it hard to find a spot for yourself unless you've managed to reserve an area early in the evening. We were not fortunate enough to... More

After a one night stay during a lay over well flying, we can definielty say we would stay again. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle buses were always on time and the food in the breakfast and dinner buffet was great. The appearance and cleanliness of the hotel and room was on point. Beautiful Christmas trees all... Stayed overnight because our flight was 22 hours apart from our arrival. In our last transit before, we stayed at a hotel in the city, but the traffic took a long time. We arrived very late in the night, when most of the stores and restaurants were closed, and we have to leave early before the stores and restaurants are... More

I have used this transit hotel a couple of times a year for the last 8 years. I always upgrade my room because I don't like feeling as if I was sleeping in a closet. For some reason the website for the transit hotel was not working, so I used Expedia to book an upgraded room. When I got there... More

Simple but sufficient hotel directly in the terminal. Our twin room was spacious enough, clean, nice bathroom with shampoo and other toiletries, hairdryer, window with shades overlooking the main hall terminal. Room was adequate soundproofing, nothing disturb us. Helpful was euro socket, TV with actual information about international and domestic arrivals and departures, air-conditioning/heating. Very kind and helpful staff! Another... More

Stayed for a night just because our flight to the Philippines was the next day. Nothing to brag about just the basics TV, shower and double bed at $162@ night. Our room was in the back with a view of the parking lot. I really wanted to go to Seoul to stay in a fancy hotel but I was discouraged... More

We had a scheduled long layover in Incheon on our way back from Singapore to USA. This was a great place for a rest and shower. We were travelling with our 2 small children and were surprised that our room was spacious enough for all of us. We've stayed at other airport transit hotels before and this was one of... More

My first time flying to Asia going through the Incheon Airport. I had a a 12 hour layover. I saw this hotel listed and read the reviews and thought it would be great to stay there for about 8 hours. The price was right (a little high considering that the breakfast buffet was an additional $18. The room was just... More

It wasn't really a match for the price. It's quite noisy, so I hadhard time falling asleep. You've got to be really tired to sleep in here. The room is clean, but that's all there is and nothing else.

Had a 9 hour layover at Incheon airport, so booked a room here for 8 hours just to catch up on sleep before the next long haul flight. As previously mentioned, if you book a room between the hours of 18:30 - 7:30 you are automatically charged a minimum of 12 hours even if you only stay for example 4... More
