Solid for a quick night stay over. Just don't wait to book if you are in transit.... Nothing is really open near it past 10pm. Also nothing in the hotel for food past 9pm. Bathroom shower had some real water pressure as a positive. Airport breakfast buffet for 18.00 USD? Your call, I found better down towards gate 29.

Excellent value and very near the airport. They also collected me at no charge; that was a huge plus, although the free airport shuttle bus also stops right outside. The room was large and comfortable with all the facilities that you would need for a longer stay (cooker / washing machine etc) and was very clean. However, my understanding is... More

Not much to say on this one. The staff are very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable (I looked everywhere based on other TA posts), the shower works as expected as do the toilets. The AC was good enough to cool the room and make it comfortable. All in all, a good stay that I'd do again.

The travel agent my wife worked with did not tell us the rooms do not have two beds. The TA knew 4 people were traveling. However, we then knew that only 3 people would stay in the room, as one person had to stay outside with the dog. We were directed wrongly by airport security screening staff, so we walked... More

Location: As its name suggest, the hotel is located within the main terminal, so perfect opportunity to take a rest and refresh during a longer stop-over. You don't need to pass through immigration / customs. Rooms: As the rooms are not meant for longer stay, but a few hours only, don't expect too much. The size of the room is... More

Working in Russia i have a regular stop over in Seoul, the Incheon airport hotel is good in the fact you don't have to exit the airport or go through customs etc. until you leave on the next leg of your journey, it is situated in the main airport along a large shopping concourse where you can shop and dine... The hotel is conveniently located one floor above the gates level of airport. After a long-hour flight with an over night layover, it's nice to stay there to relax and rest without having to go through custom, baggage claim, shuttle bus ride, etc The staff is friendly, the room is clean and quiet, and all the cafes, restaurants, and duty-free... On a long haul from Paris to Saipan, we had a layover of eight hours and opted for the transit hotel. Good choice. Trying to book a room with the traditional booking agencies including trip advisor did not work. We were fortunate in showing up and asking for a six hour slot. With the numbers of people going through this... More

I had a 12 hour layover at Incheon on my way back to Canada. I had a reservation and enjoyed a warm shower and a bed for a few hours (although the bed is large for one person, but would be cramped for 2). The room was tiny and had no windows, adequate describes it best

ICN airport can't decide if it's a big little airport or a little big airport. It is extremely busy and for the most part well layed out. the communication from afar with english speakers left much to be desired both in person and while trying to plan my 11 hour layover. This is a modern, clean airport, lots of shopping... More
