Perfect if you are too lazy to book outside the airport. Handy as it is in the Transit hall, just a quick escalator ride up! The price was quite high, but this is because I havent pre-booked thinking can handle spending 6 hours walking around the airport without rest ( yeah right!) , thats why a visa is always handy... Stayed one night on 16 Mar 2014. Upon check-in, the process was delayed when receptionist has to pick up a call while doing my check-in. She should have completed my check in without letting me sit aside at a bench waiting for her to complete her 5-min phone call. This is inconsiderate to transit guests who are tired after their... Long layover in in Incheon airport is much more comfortable if you go upstairs to the Transit Hotel floor. It is above the hustle of the airport gates and stores. You do go through security first. There are comfortable free chairs to relax in addition to the hotel. The room is simple, but TV shower and bed are comfortable. Better... More

This room was booked for me as part of a package. The bedspread was a speckled brown, but I could still see patches of dirt and glossy unknown substances on it. I never got into the bed. I took a shower, being careful not to touch the carpet, which was also dirty. Shower was nice, but towels had large holes.... More

I had a 15 hour layover on the way to Thailand and this hotel was a saving grace. It was nice to have a super quiet room and shower. Yes, there are "rest" areas on the same floor but sleeping face down on a bench with bright lights looking like a hobo isn't really my cup of tea. Also, being... More

I stayed here twice when I was on layover going to and returning from Saigon, my room was quiet. I could not hear any airplane noise or heavy traffic noise. It is expensive but if you have a long layover it's hard to put a price on a hot shower and a comfortable bed. There are 2 transit hotels at... More

Pros: Ultimate in convenience for long layovers! Very professional staff; hotel was very clean. So close to everything, including massage service. Cons: Rooms should include at least two bottles of water and coffee or tea in room. Ventilation needs improvement. Breakfast included would be nice. Location: Two identical hotels at opposite ends of airport -- long walk apart! Restaurants, massage... More

Great place for a long layover. Rooms are very close to the qates but very quiet. It includes a buffet that you must pay for. I did not want the buffet just a cup of tea as I was exhausted and my stomach a bit quesy, but a young man came running over going "no tea, no tea." I explained... More

We arrived at 4:30 am and the sign said no rooms but they ended up having one. We have stayed here before and it is convenient. However you pay for the convenience. Two people was $200 US. The room had a bar of soap the size of a half dollar and shampoo that was like paint stripper. We found the... More

We stayed here for a stopover at Incheon on February 7th. Our flight was from San Francisco via Asiana Airlines (AWESOME airline). To get to the hotel, just follow the signs to immigration - once you pass through the quarantine desks, continue through to the blue transit passengers entrance (LEFT) that is directly opposite the immigration area. You have to... More
