Had a 9 hour layover at Incheon airport, so booked a room here for 8 hours just to catch up on sleep before the next long haul flight. As previously mentioned, if you book a room between the hours of 18:30 - 7:30 you are automatically charged a minimum of 12 hours even if you only stay for example 4... More

I know Korean culture is all about being abrubt and to the point, but the staff here would not give out a second card to a room with two paying persons, and blocked the way to the buffet (telling us we had to pay). I appreciated the warning honestly, it just came across as borderline rude. Lots of cart noises... More

Typical transit hotel. Small clean room. Need to pre book from web site, or you will not get a bed. They have 2 twins, one double, deluxe and king rooms. However, the pricing is too expansive. If you stay between 1830-0730, you are charged a minimum of 12 hours. Most trans pacific flights probably arrive or depart at that times... More

Thanks for providing us travelers that need sleeps after some 16 hours flight. The hotel is clean and really good. I agree they can use competitors to lower the price a bit. But overall, I recommend this transit hotel!

I've been forced to sleep one night over there due to a missing connection. The rooms are very small and some without the window. The hotel is supposed to be non smoking but, one of the previous guest didn't comply. I've noticed to the front desk and the aswers were: "is the door wood"....after few seconds "you are right...I cannot... More

On the way to the Philippines from the USA I had a 14-hour layover at Incheon. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a hotel inside the airport! Located on the far east end of the terminal's 4th floor, this modern and extremely convenient hotel made it possible for me to refresh, get a good night's sleep and arise in... More

We stayed at this hotel on our way in and out of Asia. It is virtually the only thing actually open for business up on that level of the airport. There are restaurants, bars and a spa all built there but nothing was ever open when we were there. It seemed like the whole area was in limbo between operating... More

If I had known this hotel was available, I would have used it all these years to better recover from the usually 14hour trips to/from Chicago and Asia (can't sleep in the airplane). Had no problem finding the hotel from the airport maps/signboards. The room was comfy from the bed/aircon/quietness. How convenient.

We had a hard time finding this place. Not a single worker in this airport seems to know where anything is located. Information desks are few and far between. Traveling with two young kids after a 5 hour flight, and arriving in Incheon to a 12 hour layover---not fun. We needed this place badly, though. We were exhausted. We paid... More

Arrived from Amsterdam to Incheon Airport, and next flight only next day. Stayed in the airport transit hotel. The room is OK, but the airco does not function properly. Put the temperature at 19C, but the room stayed at 24C. Toilet seat loose. Just to sleep after long flight is OK. This hotel is too expensive for what you get,... More
