I am enroute from Jeonju South Korea to Brisbane Australia, and overnighting at this hotel. I couldn't be happier. I've found everyone spoke English. The restaurant was great. I only wanted a snack and the food I ordered was great and the Korean reisling was excellent. My room and everything about it is great. Value for money? Excellent! more

This is a pretty much standard Best Western, built in the 1980s, and stuck on a bit of waste ground about 10 minutes drive from the airport. Annoying, this means that it's just a tiny bit too far to walk back to the terminal, which is what you may end up wanting to do after a night here. OK, the... more

An overnight stop here was included in my Korean Air ticket from Auckland to London. Room was a decent size and clean. Large comfortable bed, desk, minibar with free water. Coffee and tea provided - but no kettle! I did see someone in the corridor with a kettle, but as I don't speak Korean didn't try to find out where... more

Stayed on this hotel as part of a package tour for an overnight stay in Incheon on our way to Seoul. I was with my wife and kid. The room was surprisingly roomy for a Korean hotel. It was decent but when I tried to check underneath the bed because my son drop his toy under the bed, you can... more

This stopover was included in the Asiana Club/Business Class ticket. If we had known how bad it was we would have opted out and gone to a proper hotel. I am surprised that Best Western tolerate this and that Asiana think that this is acceptable to their customers. Our double room was really a single with the double bed pushed... more

A friend and I stayed at the Best Western for 2 days on our way to Europe. There was nothing outstanding about the accomodation or service yet all our needs were met. It is the perfect hotel for a one or two night stopover. Our room and bathroom were clean and large enough for 2 women and all of our... more

stayed in this hotel for one night as a stopover from Sydney to London and as such it was pad for by Asiana Airlines. This is a truly awful hotel., even by airport hotel standards. The plumbing in the room did not work properly and the lighting system needed explanation. As nobody showed you to your room, we had to... more

Generally, everything was more or less OK. Just a bit unusual in Korea to pay for internet separately, but it's OK. Very few buses to Seoul. Shuttlebus makes just one stop at the airport - just at teh very end of it, though timetable mentiones two. more

I stayed here on a stop over from Madrid to Brisbane. Korean Air had provided us accomodation on the way there (Hyatt Regency) but we had to organise our own for the return journey. This hotel was a lot cheaper than the Hyatt and not too much different. When we arrived at Incheon Airport we were a bit confused as... more

I stay in many hotels for work. My overall experience at this hotel ranks among the worst. Firstly, they have separate shuttles from the airport, with the large shuttle being just for aircrews. With weather at 26 degrees fahrenheit, the aircrew shuttle driver elected to leave me at the airport to wait for the next shuttle, though his bus had... more
