Location: Good. Close to the airport and a bus stop. There are restaurants and shops nearby, but you'd have to take the bus/metro to get to the city center. Room and amenities: Free shuttle runs every 30 minutes. Complementary wifi was fast. We were given vouchers for drinks (coffee, juice, and beer). Rooms are spacious and clean. Nothing fancy though.... More

This hotel was included with my flights to the UK. I found it good for a freshen up and sleep before embarking on the rest of my journey. Theres no bells and whistles at this hotel. I did see some basic eatery places nearby close to the airport. There is a small shop inside with a few things as well.

Well priced for the location so all appeared to be well... Room was filthy. Carpets, bedding and bathroom Really poor for the four stars the property has?? I am always disappointed when you don't get asked about your stay! But it makes sense if you don't have confidence When you find long hairs in your bathroom but personally shave your... More

This is not the newest or flashiest of hotels but it is good value for a rest between flights. Comfortable rooms with excellent beds are complimented by great buffets and free wifi. The coffee is up to scratch too. The gym is useful and the golf fun. After a week in the UK it was nice to good service and... More

For most visitors, this is a transit hotel that serves flight crews and passengers caught in overnight transfers via Seoul. It was last refurbished in the 80s or 90s and is showing its age. In this part of the market, margins are small so things are getting dated and worn. The rooms were fairly small but clean. Beds were a... More

Although the hotel is very close to the airport, it is soundproofed very well. You don't hear the airport at all. It also has complimentary shuttle service to/from the airport. The rooms do not have very good lighting and the beds are like sleeping on a concrete slab. They are very hard. Breakfast is not included and the buffet is... More

Very convenient hotel near the airport. Transfer shuttle is very frequent from the airport. Hotel itself is very nice, standard hotel, however can be very busy. During our stay we've seen many airline crews using it (mostly Korean Air) Reception staff is very pleasant and professional, check in and check out process was very quick and uneventful. Room is of... More

I don't know what all the complaints are about. I stayed here for about 10-hours on a layover, and it was perfectly fine. Clean, basic, and extremely close to the airport. So close that you could walk. Comparatively, Grand Hyatt and Nest are 2-3x more expensive, and if all you need is a bed, then this one is fantastic. Once... More

Stayed one night at the Best Western Premier at Incheon Airport, South Korea. Shuttle bus to and from the airport was very convenient. Hotel was very modern and room was quiet and comfortable. The restaurant is a little pricey, but a very good buffet allows you to get your money's worth.

We like everything about this hotel. It is a 5 minute taxi ride ($5 or less) from the taxi stand, it has large well appointed rooms with comfortable beds two kinds of pillows, helpful, staff and a free shuttle. It is the first hotel we have stayed at for a layover at Incheon for around 100$ or less which is a... More
