i was really skeptical about the condition of this hotel but it turned out alright for a small city old hotel. i would rate it a 3-star hotel. 1st day, i stayed room 201 with 1 queen bed. it faces the car park & a bit of "sea-port-crane" view. yes, room was refurbished & clean. although sound proofing was bad... Incheon paradise hotel is one of the oldest hotels in Incheon. But recently it was newly renovated. It is located near China town and Wolmido, so if you plan to visit those place, this hotel would be convenient. And there is the Incheon international ferry terminal for China near the hotel, so many people going to China stay there. This... More

I stayed in the Aeroflot section. The room was very spacious. Heating worked excellent, stay was good. Food was awesome especially the soups served. I had little prob only because at reception they understood very less English. Cleanliness of that room was too good. Room was old fashioned, made me feel like staying in some old palace. Very nice hotel.... More

The Hotel facilities (Rooms, Lifts, Carpets, furniture, ...etc) look very old & not maintained properly. The hotel location is close to ICN Airport, i,e. 20 minutes instead of 90 minutes by car, but the overall hotel grade is lower than expected for its category. Restaurant serving Breakfast was of limited selection. 15 minutes walk to reach the nearest deli shop... More

Stayed at the hotel for one night only during a stop-over in South Korea. The reception staff managed the large intake of guests extremely efficiently. The room was small and dated however it was clean, contained sufficient amenities and the bed and pillows were reasonably comfortable. The checkout was similarly efficient and friendly. As we were only in South Korea... More

Good location, which serve our party's needs. Although the hotel is visible aged, the rooms and their accommodations were pleasant. The front desk staff were par excellent, and had no problems communicating in English. I have allergies, and the staff acted immediately- to include front desk, room maids, and manager to move me to a room better suited for my... More

The hotel is located on top of a small hillock,a 1 minute drive from the street below. The parking area and the rooms facing the parking lot afford a view of the Incheon port, with working cranes and ships being visible. The lobby has average looks. The reception is manned efficiently by the staff who speak and understand English. Two Elevators connect to the rooms... It is an OK hotel, the neighbourhood is dim really, although China Town is next door, it is not the China Town you would expect, it is merely a few streets with a few restairenats and gift shops. I am finding it difficult to see why anyone would chose this hotel (I have not chosen it myself) when in Incheon/Seoul.... More

We arrived late in Korea and check in around 11:30pm. We were told to buy our own food at 7-Eleven Incheon International Airport before leaving for Paradise Hotel. We were given a triple room with 1 queen size and 1 single bed. Lighting is too dim and toilet lighting is not bright especially at the bath tub area. Otherwise is... More
