I stayed here for two nights on my way from New Zealand to Europe. Korean Airline provided the accommodation and it was an excellent, clean and classy Hotel. The food in the restaurant was good to excellent, the swimming pool and all amenities in the Hotel were five star. I liked the place and it certainly was a good place... more

We stayed twice in April in transit between New Zealand and the UK. The first time we were issued with vouchers for accommodation, dinner, and breakfast by Korean Air as part of their layover service. The second time we footed the considerable bill ourselves. The hotel is a three minute complimentary busride from the airport. The location, in other words,... more

I must say that this hotel is a jem and I use Seoul as a kick-off point for all Asia travel because of this hotel. But the hotel has slipped a bit. I recently stayed for 5 days on the executive floor. The afternoon cocktail hour has suffered as well as the morning breakfast. The selection of food has dropped... more

I travelled here a few years ago now as a stopover to Australia but i don't expect it's changed too much. The hotel provided a shuttle service from the airport, which was quick and very well organised. The hotel staff were very welcoming and had my daughter and me settled into our room very quickly. We opted for a club... more

Having a stopover in Incheon led us to stay here. the distanceto Seoul from the airport meant that an airport hotel was ineveitable, however the Hyatt was a pleasent and friendly experience. The swimming pool, spa and fitness were excellent and the variety of food in the restaurant complex met all tastes. We took a club floor, which adds a... more

We stayed at this hotel for one night on a stopover, going from San Francisco to Beijing. Overall we thought it was a very nice, high end hotel, and the room was quiet, large and comfortable, although my husband thought the bed was too firm. The staff was friendly and quick to help carry bags (or roll them, in our... more

We recently stayed at the Hyatt in Incheon and our stay was wonderful. But with all high end hotel chains, great service, great location and great accommodations do come with a price. We had just flown 12 hours from the West Coast of the United States and were a little brain dead from our trip. We had previously decided to... more

We stayed there one night in early July on our way to China, then one night mid-July upon returning from China. The service is above and beyond from the minute you arrive at the hotel, and the staff will not accept tips. The staff says over and over, we just want you to be happy, it is my pleasure to... more
