When you first enter the hotel, the lobby looked nice. When you walk around the property, there is a nice waterfront, but surrounding pitiful restaurants. This was part of the k-shuttle tour. The guide did warn us that the hotel was "old", but I wasn't prepared for their guestrooms. The guide said they chose this hotel because they were the... More

The hotel must have been amazing amazing, but today is completely out dated. The rooms smell mold and the carpets are stained. The staff are amazing... but this is not all. The rooms demand renovation as well as the lobby and the restaurant. Wifi is weak and they know that.

We were part of a tour that had an overnight stay at this hotel. The first impression we had was the space of the foyer and reception areas. There were few people around at that time, so perhaps that also added to the sense that this was a very large hotel. Our room was dated, but was adequately furnished with... More

Stayed here for 2 nights. We were touring the district through a Wendy Wu tour. Beds were a little hard but no different to the average Australian hotel. Room a little dated. Air conditioning, lights etc operated from a control panel next to the bed. Even with aircon on it was warm in the room but not unpleasant. Wifi great

Basic room with no water kettle, shampoo and limited power points. For hot water, one has to collect from a big tank dispenser. It provides bar soap, skin toner and an emulsion - things that are not commonly used. The breakfast is unimpressive. Overall experience is far below expectation.

Similar experience over the aircon/room temperature inside the room as mentioned by other reviewers. But it is understandable as the temperature outside was pretty cool during the spring season. Location was quite out of the way but there are cafes and restaurants in the nearby vicinity making it a pretty convenient location for access to meals and sightseeing. Overall, the... More

Stayed here with friends as part of an organised tour. The location is okay (on the convention side) and there it's access to local shops and restaurants. Breakfast is a reasonable spread, with western and local food. The staff speak reasonable English and are helpful and quite proactive. Whilst there is free Wi-Fi in the lobby, up in the room,... Stayed one night with tour. Garden of hotel is beautiful and big. But the room was dark and old fashion, it is likely time to renovate. For breakfast, it was western style set breakfast and no re-fill was allowed.

This hotel would have been quite palatial in it's time but has aged. Foyer is lovely rooms are dating. It's clean but I'd below what I expect. The hotel has refused to turn the air conditioning on with the central heating warming the rooms well above 26 making it quite uncomfortable. While they were quick to give me a fan... More

This is my first hotel stay in Korea. The room was big and warm. It's really help a lot during the cold autumn night. The check in was fine even the receptionist speak minimum English but not so friendly. The room was clean and you can find free hot water outside your room which save you a lot of time.... More
