I like the cleanliness and location of this hotel. there is a supermarket just opposite the hotel - Emart. Just down the streets, there are many seafood restaurants and walked down further, you can reached the shopping areas as well as the underground shopping. There is another casino located directly diagonally the hotel. The bad thing about the hotel is... More

Reached hotel around 8pm with a group of friends, did not expect much but the hotel was surprisingly comfortable and our rooms were upgraded to sea-facing view. Room was rather big and so was the bathroom compared to the hotels in Seoul. It is just 2-min walk to E-mart which is a hyper-mart in Jeju and we managed to purchase... More

This hotel is really modern. It has automation for the water closet and room lightning. Room is spacious... it has small living room though it doesn't necessary. But... there is no spoon for tea but we can request from room service..

First thing is poor service, no one help with the luggage upon arrival. Hardly able to see anyone greeting you at the entrance. There's a convenient store next to the hotel. Hotel rooms are just normal. But without toiletries. You have to bring your own toiletries or you can purchase from the mini bar. Well it's the first time in... More

The hotel is good and includes a casino. Room size follows the Korean standard, it us quite roomy with all normal amenities. Apparently the Korean construction code determines that the minimum room temperature is set to 23 degrees Celsius, so no point in changing the temperature set point to below that. Breakfast was very good, which includes western and Korean... More

The location was great! 24hrs convenient store next door, and a supermarket opposite the road (100m away). The room was relatively spacious with excellent housekeeping. The only down side was that the WIFI in this hotel is basically non-existent when occupancy is high. I stayed here during the unlucky period and the hotel couldn't do anything about it. As such,... Jeju island, a place where most tourists would want to visit when they make a trip to South Korea. Well however, the service wasn't as expected, be it from the concierge, the Casino or even their hotel cafe. Considering Jeju island being a 'tourist island', I thought they should have been more professional when dealing with guests relations. Rooms were... More
