With this 4-star hotel, I never expect it comes with nothing. Charges extra for the shampoo, shower foam and beer. I almost wanted to ask, do I need to pay extra for using the water in the bathroom. And know what, they charge internet per day and it is not cheap. Anyway, the breakfast is nice, and if you like... More

My eyes are tearing up. I wish I could say it is because the beauty of this hotel is so intense. Well, at least something in this room is intense. It is the vapor from the chemicals they use for cleaning. I searched throughout the room trying to find the source. Usually the reason for the use of nasty toxins... More

I have stayed three nights at thsi hotel, a remote property but a very nice one. If you want to have a comfortable, quite stay in Jeju, this is a preferred destination. I have not used the resturant so cant tell about the quality for food. Bit far from convention center if that is your destination.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a weekend and I can honestly say the staff here are superb! no questions asked whatsoever when something is requested! fast, friendly and efficient even though half of the staff could not speak proper english. Belongs to Korean Air which is located next door to the hotel. On the flip-side, the rooms were a... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was clean but nothing special. Good location as it's near to our tour destination such as nanta show. In front of the hotel is supermarket where we can buy Korean snacks/ drink and the price is reasonable. Nice breakfast. Recommended hotel . .

This is a very nice hotel. We stayed here as part of a package tour of the island so I'm not sure what the nightly rate was. The staff were very friendly, the concierge was extremely helpful when we needed to contact our tour company by phone. They also assisted us with locating the theatre for Nanta (which is well... Nothing very special about the rooms although the light / TV controller (see pic) was very cool and techy to play with but took us a while to figure out that was the controller. Shower and tub were a little scary and we didn't know if the lotion bottle on the counter was for us or left by a previous... More

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights on packaged tour. The hotel has a big lobby with restaurants, convenience shops, duty free shop and a casino at the ground floor. We were given a room at the third floor but due to the strong cigarette smoke odor in the room, we asked to be transferred so they upgrade us (with... More

Stayed there for 2 nights under package tour. Hotel is great from outside but inside is OLD. This hotel definitely needs a major upgrade. Room is small. Had breakfast there for 1 day - great selection of food. There is a casino in this hotel, you need to bring your passport to get in. Overall, this is an average hotel.... More
