This is a good luxury hotel with beautiful rooms and good food. However, most important is the following: I arrived straight from the airport by taxi, proceeded to the Reception only to find out that I had left my bag with the computer, passport, money in cash and credit cards in the taxi. I panicked! The receptionist listened carefully to... More

Stay for 5 nights. It is near the airport, about 10 mins by taxi. The room is big enough and it is worth to pay a little bit more for a sea view room. E-Mart, convenient stores and many local style restaurants are within 5 - 10 mins walking. Room is clean and tidy, but can be improved, especially the... More

How this hotel is anything above a 3 star hotel is mindblowing. For starters, and this was something that shocked me.... they leave bug spray in the room for you to use (Raid, not bug repellent for your person). There is no scenario other than an african safari where I should be killing my own bugs..... especially in a 4... More

On December 20 thru Dec 22, 2014 we stayed at Ramada Plaza and thinking this is a great and romantic hotel to stay since we are on our 20th wedding anniversary it would go no wrong. We checked around 11 30 am and lo and behold one one staff was around and we have to wait for 20 to 30... More

The worst hotel i have ever stayed. Only good thing is brand name and to some extent its location.Rest is pathetic.the attitude of the whole staff is rotten. They have nonsmiling faces ,welcome you with some sarcastic words. They will keep you waiting for long time. They have not been trained at all.The whole staff needs replacement particularly at he front desk. The staff... Spent 3 nights there for a business conference. 5 minutes from the airport. Right on the seaside. Try to get a seaside view room if at all possible. Front desk staff spoke English. The rooms were spacious and the beds were quite comfortable (western style). The bathroom was quite spacious which is a plus. I could get used to that... More

We were on a group tour, so this hotel was used as a base for our trip to some of Jeju attractions. It was not located on the city center, but I noticed many shops, restaurants and a convenience store just a 2-5 minute walk from the hotel . The room was spacious enough, the beds comfortable, the toilet was improvised... More

We booked here for one night for proximity to the Jeju Airport. Way below Western standards. I.E., the rooms are very warm with no way to regulate ( thermastat is a placebo), no English TV except for BBC News (paint drying is more stimulating), a can of bug spray left on the nightstand for diy exterminating, very dated decor. Ive... More

Finish 2night staying at Ramada Jeju. On 9-11 Nov 2014. North part of jeju island. Nice. Big hotel. Clean. Cold weather .... bbbrrrrr... Over all hotel building is good. But staff not helpful. At that time our organizer take full booking and lock mini bar, when we need more mineral water, asking to reception but He answer no water, must... More

Room seaview, weather autumn, calm to sleep with the ocean sound. Room clean but housekeeping didnt replenish bath gels, drinking water & had to request for a hair dryer. Toothbrush not provided. Location of hotel-good. A stroll along seafront esplanade. Walking distance to city & seafood, noodle restaurants. Abalone restaurant right across hotel. Supermarket Emart is down the road. 10...
